The smartphone app is WONDERFUL\!\!\! Membership and contact / follow up system are great. Contributions is great\! What frustrates me: No full-blown financial management module (General ledger, check printing, accounts payable, etc. which forces us to use very outdated Shelby financials. The service and attention to detail from start to present has been wonderful. There is always a person available to help from the TouchPoint staff or within the user community -- and the goal is to bring people to Christ using data to understand and see opportunities for ministry.
