I have many lessees in city-owned buildings that never before had access to the city Intranet based work request system and were forced to place a work request through e-mail, the telephone or a verbal request to a passing maintenance worker. They did this without a charge, when they could easily have just created a new report and sent me an invoice for payment. You will have to spend many thousands of dollars to get a product with more bells and whistles than eWorkOrders. I found it difficult to manage the e-mails which come from the system; it is however a good function. > > Setting this system up for my institution was outsourced however the support from start to commissioning was very well taken care of by \[sensitive content hidden\] and the other team members. What I like most is the response time to all my inquiries. It's also worth noting that most of my inquiries were met immediately as the system was already capable and just needed to be selected or activated in the settings which was always done by the support team with a short explanation as to how and where it is located within the system. For this I can only blame myself as the 'help' section is always available. Regardless the team always seems to be very helpful. It takes a little time to get familiar with but the more functions I use, the more I found it easier and easier to management work at all our facilities. I recommend this company.
