I trialed Interceptum about 3 years ago and have kept with it, running over 30 surveys through the tool. The interface is as intuitive as some of the other tools I have used and the price point is quite reasonable for what we get out of it. There are some more complicated activities that require a bit of a learning curve. The documentation could use an update and could be better searchable, but I have rarely had to refer to it. Any problems I have encountered are always addressed quickly by Interceptum, either through an explanation or a fix. The have always come across as very receptive to new ideas/observations. Out of the box, the tool isn't visually flashy, but I have yet to explore the personalization features to make it stand out, so this is probably my own fault. From a mobile perspective, we haven't had any large challenges, once again, it is functional but not flashy. The tool's responsiveness to different mobile devices has improved over the last few years. The purpose of this system is to understand what is going on in the program so that we can allocate resources appropriately, and report results to our funder. Thomas has been more than helpful in the training and troubleshooting things that I have requested or needed a solution to.
