poder resolver problemas técnicos con los clientes a distancia así mismo poder ahorrar tiempo en la ejecución de lo mismo teniendo mayor precisión al ver lo que esta sucediendo en la pantalla del cliente o simplemente buscar archivos de forma remota cuando no se esta en el sitio
Contras:
dependencia de conexión a internet si no hay internet sencillamente el programa no sirve, y en cuanto a la seguridad tiene ciertos riesgos al acceder de forma remota si no se toman las medidas adecuadas

The ability to pin endpoints and have quick and easy access to them makes supporting our users so much easier. I can literally take a call and be in their machine withing 10 second of the user telling me their issue.
Contras:
Remote support for mobile devices is a bit more involved. It requires the user installing the remote support app, entering site URL and session key, and enabling screen recording (for iOS devices). It's still not terrible, but it would be nice to have a quicker option. Probably just a limitation of mobile devices though.

I haven't found anything to dislike about BeyondTrust. It provides support on all the OS platforms.

This is an amazing technology where we can login to another machine through Remote Support. This is very user friendly and has many security features where unknown user cannot login without our permission. It send otp to verify the login, then only it allows. I personally like this security feature.
Contras:
Sometimes it disconnects suddenly without any reason, and We should login again from the scratch

in my experience, the only issue I would have would be guiding users to the URL site to download the remote session. Other then that I haven't had any issues.
