Our agent kept us up to date on our progress and stayed in constant contact. Even one of the directors met with us in an online meeting to welcome us to the system. Our clients love the system, as it makes it much easier for them to book and pay for our services online. The report structure is amazing and allows us to compile custom reports. This way, we know exactly how we did in any given month and can track expenses versus income seamlessly. Clients' payments are secure and protected by the online payment portal ZAUI works with. The system is overwhelming and complex. > > **Puntos en contra**: \*\*Unreliable, overly complicated and difficult to manage\*\* Our experience with Zaui has been extremely frustrating. The system is overly complex, overwhelming to configure and requires far too much manual monitoring for something that is supposed to simplify operations. We experienced countless errors with availability, capacity, blocked departures and the GetYourGuide and Viator integrations. Information did not reliably sync, bookings came through when they should not have, and we could never feel confident that the inventory displayed across the different platforms was accurate. You simply cannot rely on the system without constantly checking everything yourself. Support was also inconsistent. We received conflicting or incomplete information, and staff often could not explain a straightforward way to configure or manage the system. Important setup requirements were only identified after serious problems occurred. Rather than receiving a clear solution, we repeatedly had to open new tickets, explain the situation again and spend hours troubleshooting. Billing information provided by support also conflicted with how we were ultimately charged, further undermining our confidence in the company. I do not recommend Zaui. > > Extremely exhausting. I spent more time manually managing inventory and it is so expensive. A booking platform should reduce workload and prevent operational mistakes. Zaui created more work, more stress and more risk for our business. They have been receptive to feedback, proactive in showing us newer capabilities, and genuinely interested in helping us optimize how we use the platform rather than simply selling us software. > > **Puntos en contra**: With the amount of functionality available, the system can take some time to fully understand and configure, particularly when inheriting an account that has been built up over several years. Some areas of the interface and workflows could also be more intuitive. That said, many of these challenges can be addressed through proper setup, training, and working closely with the Zaui team. > > Our overall experience with Zaui has been very positive, particularly when it comes to customer service and support. What stands out most is the team's willingness to listen and understand our operation and our specific needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. We appreciate having a team that is proactive, receptive to feedback, and willing to work collaboratively with us to find solutions and improve our setup.
