> **Puntos a favor**: Ease of accessibility even from the field.  We can access it when we are at meetings with out laptops with no need for a special connection.  I love that I can even access it from my iPhone.

> **Puntos a favor**: Having web-based software is ideal for traveling. The EDI reporting works efficiently most of the time which is critical since electronic reporting is required of insurers in MT. The response time is consistently good. This was a concern when we began looking at webbased software. Creating trouble tickets is easy.  We periodically get emails requesting our opinion and we're asked if we have any concerns. If we had more time we would take more advantage of support when its offered. The annual contract service fee is reasonable.

> **Puntos en contra**: SAP Reporting has been the biggest problem. Running reports is slow. The formatting /shading of the reports uses too much paper and ink. The drop-downs default to oldest dates. This is particularly a problem in medical review. The MT fee schedule is updated annually. When we enter CPT code, system defaults to the oldest fee schedule. We have to scroll down to select the newest fee schedule amounts. Unecessarily time consuming. Default needs to be changed to grab the newest date. It's baffling to us that this hasn't been fixed. It doesn't seem we are the only insurer that this affects.

> **Puntos en contra**: No commas for amounts in many places, e.g. claims summary and detail tabs.  This makes it very difficult to tell the amount of large numbers (we have claims that are over $1.0 million).&#10;&#10;NavRisk Vision report cannot be scheduled to run automatically.  This is a feature that has been part of the David Corp claims software since 1988.&#10;&#10;When exporting files out of NavRisk Vision the default file type is for Chrystal Reports rather than the pdf format.&#10;&#10;Bulk payments - claim number has to be reentered for each payment, reverts to first claim in the bulk payments.&#10;&#10;Certain check printing features that were in prior systems are no longer available.&#10;&#10;Problems with 1099 reporting.
