Inconsistencies in some of the system admin pages, legacy information that should be removed or changed, terminology differences within the product. This system looks to have been created by IT professionals without the input of actual users. The system times out and kicks you out while reviewing documents. Overall, this is not one of my favorite database systems. > > For the cost, which is very expensive, I would expect this system to be easier to use, look more up-to-date, and provide many canned reports that are actually useful.
