> **Puntos a favor**: One of my favorite features is that you can use this over social media apps. That is super convinent when some of the individuals you need to communicate with can only be reached via something like Facebook messenger. The dashboard is also very impressive. It connects you almost immediately to everything that you need to reach clients or work mates.

> **Puntos en contra**: There were two issues that I saw with LiveCaller. First if you want to have the ablitiy to speak over social media the price does go up monthly. Second I have dropped calls in app before. you have to have a strong wifi connection or good data connection.

The co-browsing feature is a game-changer for SaaS companies like mine - and the benefit of not having to send a Zoom invite, Google Meet invite, or something else is worth it.
So far, I like the analytics available for each call, including duration and a simple way to collect customer feedback.

Also, I would like to delete calls, chats, and review data I collected during testing and haven't found an easy way to do that yet. However, customer support has been super helpful.
