Found out when calls started failing on a Saturday. > > I've been in VoIP since the wild west days — back when SIP trunking was still a novelty and half these carriers didn't know what they were doing. Used VoIP.ms back then, even stuck with them through the DDoS attacks that took them down for weeks and cost me a lot of money. Came back recently after a few years out of the industry because I trusted them. Big mistake. Scaled up an outbound operation, one subaccount got flagged — fine, I get it, fraud systems exist for a reason. Responded to their team same day, explained everything, they acknowledged it and asked follow-up questions. Normal process. While that ticket was still open they cancelled everything. Every number. Every client line. Weekend. No email. No warning. Gone. I've dealt with a lot of carriers over the years. This is the first time one has pulled the rug mid-conversation while I was actively cooperating with them. FCC complaint filed.
