> **Puntos a favor**: I love how precise it is with registering our employees' clock ins and outs. Our target candidates are not necessarily on the tech-savvy side, so having a platform that is easy for them to use is truly a blessing. Having the GPS integration is certainly a plus, since we have many different buildings around the city, and allowing them to see where they are at, and us as well, is amazing. The cleaning management part of it all is the most convenient, since this is literally what we do. In regards to bugs and issues, I would say that they do tend to happen, but thankfully their customer support is good and they are quick to fix these issues.

> **Puntos en contra**: Tickets have to be opened one by one. We are a very people-first company, and we like to maintain very active communication with them. There is no way to broadcast messages, which is excruciatingly time-consuming. It would be good for us to be able to create groups, for example with everyone that works at the same building in one group, or other filters to create these groups; such as, same manager, same shift, whole organization, position, etc.

> We are very happy with it. There are rarely any issues and when we do get some, they are quick to fix them. In our line of business, it almost feels as if Clean Smarts was designed for us specifically. > **Puntos a favor**: I have been looking for software to basically accomplish automatic check-in / out for our buildings, in order to verify how much time we actually spend cleaning in each building.&#10;&#10;Most of the software we tested on the field does NOT work properly for our needs. When I tested the geo fencing / time sheets / building allocation to different staff and offline punch in / punch out from each location, most software failed.&#10;&#10;Here is what I deemed critical for janitorial:&#10;1) Staff can punch in/out of each location (when at that location only)&#10;2) Staff cannot see any other buildings in app, other than what is assigned to them&#10;3)Dashboard (on web browser) can display each building with weekly time spent by one or more staff, so I can verify weekly / monthly time spent&#10;4) Offline punch in/out - if no wifi / no cell connection, app can still punch in/out and when back online, hours uploaded to server&#10;5) app does not track staff when they are logged out&#10;6) if staff leaves geofence, they are logged out&#10;7) QR code specific to site-locations (example: to verify staff actually went to that emergency exit 6th floor staircase that is supposed to be cleaned once every two weeks, not every 6 months or never)&#10;The only app that does all this is Clean Smarts https://www.cleansmarts.com/&#10;(except \#6 - you get a geolocation violation but they are fixing this)
