First of all, it is less expensive than other softwares out there. That is important to me because in the past I have worked with smaller local businesses and SoTellus review software makes it easier for their budgets. Secondly, the ease of getting set up is nice. Compared to software I have used in the past I can have it set up and running review campaigns within 15 minutes. Another cool feature is the video review option, no one on the market I have seen has been able to utilize video reviews with a software that automatically converts the video into rich snippet markup that can help a business rank with videos (it has always been an iffy manual process), plus the videos can be shared automatically to both your Facebook page and Google business page. I have had local businesses rank better just because of that feature. It also includes lead generation. The reviews shared can give an offer share as an option the the reviewer to share on their Facebook timeline. Talk about using your warm marketing strategies. Just an amazing software and app. Plus their support is awesome. We really use SoTellUs in a unique way so every now and then I need to reach out to Customer Support. Customer Support is always friendly and helpful, responsive and they go over and beyond. I have compared prices with other companies and SoTellUs gives the most services at a great rate. It doesn’t make you harass people for reviews like my dentist’s review platform - former dentist.
