I can ask a question, check the answer, and then ask a follow-up without starting the analysis again. It is also helpful to have data from different sources available in one place. Since multiple people can work through the same account, it is easier for marketing, ads, and other teams to stay on the same page. Another thing I noticed is that Vaizle understands marketing terms and metrics quite well. I do not have to explain ROAS, CPA, conversions, engagement, or other basic context before asking a question. The answers usually feel more relevant than what I get from a generic LLM. > > **Puntos en contra**: I would like more pre-designed report layouts. The current interface works well, I can simply type in the kind of report I want. But I would also want a library that shows different kinds of options. > > My overall experience with Vaizle has been pretty amazing. I have connected all my ad accounts and social channels, and I just need to ask questions. For example: I have a chat that connects to all my accounts and every morning I just run this query: “Any revenue drop yesterday? Based on yesterday’s performance, prepare a to-do task list for me.” Vaizle also understands my business and competitors, so it is always on top of industry knowledge. Now, it's standard procedure that EVERY SINGLE TIME you want to run reports that include Facebook, you have to reload the profiles and sync up the brand's facebook page. Or else it will return zero data. And it randomly does this for peer brands as well. So as opposed to a tool that helps you automate reporting and lets your team focus on other things, you get to build out new reports every month like you just started using Vaizle for the very first time. And it takes 4x longer than you want, wasting valuable time and resources for your team. You can contact support. And they will email you back within a day saying it's fixed "for that brand.". Then rinse and repeat EVERY SINGLE time you run a report. As in, every time. Used to love the product. It's unusable now and we are shifting to a competitor due to the rapid decline in reliability and ease of use/flow. > > **Puntos en contra**: Reliability is insanely bad.
