CreatorIQ had all the features that matter, with a super easy-to-use interface, at a fair price-point. We decided to give them a try, and have never looked back since. After signing with them, the on-boarding process was like nothing we've ever experienced\! 5-stars to supporting us through the adoption process, and answering any questions we have. This support has continued throughout the years of being signed up with them, which is why we are happy to renew our contract with them again and again. When it comes to technical features, they're always adding the relevant tools, and are surprisingly accurate when it comes to keeping with their feature roll-out schedules. We were shocked because it didn't make any sense, but after I escalated and met with one of their execs, they realized their mistake and reversed their decision. Which was obvious, because their decision was made in error and based on incorrect assumptions that they didn't even bother to ask us about. Everything got cleared up, they welcomed us with open arms, we signed our contract and we began our onboarding. Then 30 days after we signed our contract and had spent considerable resources implementing their system, they did the same exact thing again. No explanation, just a terse email telling us they are terminating the contract immediately. Nothing has ever changed on our part, our original use case is still our use case. > > They honestly act like a bipolar, jealous lover. One minute, love bombing us. Then breaking up with us the next minute for no reason when nothing has changed. It's as bizarre as it is unprofessional. Stay a million miles away from these guys\!
