If we have any issue, they are right there to help. Contacting customer support is never difficult and not something I dread like I do with other companies. They listen to our feedback and requests for feature updates. I also LOVE the AI dictation and Discharge Notes. My records are done as soon as the appointment is done\! System is overall clunky and some tasks require multiple clicks before you get to what you need. We've found that dictation performs noticeably better on laptops and desktop computers than on iPads, where transcription accuracy can be less reliable. As a practice that relies heavily on medical documentation, this occasionally creates extra editing work for clinicians. Beyond that, there are still some workflow and reporting features that could benefit from greater customization as practices become more advanced in their use of the platform. That said, Digitail's team has been highly receptive to feedback and continues to release meaningful improvements based on user input. > > Our overall experience has been very positive.
