Like any good system, it relies on the team being disciplined about entering information, updating jobs and working inside the platform rather than around it. It keeps our projects, drawings, variations and approvals all in one place, which has dramatically reduced mistakes and double-handling. What really stands out for me is how it handles our complex workflow. We're doing high-end fitouts for retail and commercial spaces, and being able to track every detail from initial quote through to final delivery really matters. The system integrates beautifully with our accounting processes, which has eliminated so much double-handling of data. The purchase order system is brilliant for cost control - everything's tracked properly and nothing slips through the cracks. We've got much better visibility on variations too, which used to be a real pain point for us.
