Being able to easily go in and manage employees' information and make information manageable for their managers. I love that you can easily create a careers website and have some customizable features to showcase on the company's website. They answer customer service calls in a timely fashion not ever on hold. > > **Puntos en contra**: Nothing is really customizable. There are specific reports that HR has to pull on a monthly or weekly basis and it is not easy to create reports with Toast. There is not flexibility with security permissions. Recruitment is not an easy process and does not integrate with other job boards other than the careers website for the company. The onboarding experience is nice for adding new users but it is difficult to create onboarding packets for different roles and you cannot add in fillable pdfs or other information that will flow into the employee's profile. Also, the signature feature for onboarding could use revamping. There is no place to add in quick notes about employee's to keep a running log. Also, it is hard to open an employee's profile and see their lifecycle at the company and why separation occurred without going to 20 different places to get the full story.
