Customer service from day one including free trials and assistance to show basics, once we proceeded with this we have had amazing support from the team and never got fed up of sometimes my weekly calls or emails. From this we have developed aa system that is one of the best set ups i have used in 16 years in hire trade and would not want to use any other. the ability to customize any document, layout and functions is superb help and we can adjust these to suit our company and then any changes can be made straight away without calls and requests sometimes taking months with other software's.
