They eventually canceled OperatorAI, but when I asked to leave FieldPulse completely because of how the situation was handled, they refused and said I am still locked into my contract until December. > > I was a long-term FieldPulse customer and had a good experience until OperatorAI. After months of paying for a product that did not perform the main function I bought it for, and spending a huge amount of time trying to get it fixed, I lost confidence in the company. What bothers me most is that FieldPulse expects customers to honor every part of the contract, but when their own product fails for months, there seems to be very little accountability.
