I have yet to come across an issue or feature exercise.com hasn't been able to set up for me or find an alternative for. > > From sign up to just about to getting our app launched, exercise.com has been helpful every step of the way. There's been someone available at any time of the day outside of onboarding meetings to get any technical issues solved quickly and any bigger system errors have been dealt with and solved with urgency. ----- ### "You won't look back after switching to Exercise.com" — 5.0/5 > **Bri** | *17 de septiembre de 2026* | Salud, bienestar y deporte | Valoración de la recomendación: 10.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: This software allowed us to house things in ONE app... Versus using one software for scheduling -- another for programming etc. Plus everything is branded to our business so clients need LESS apps on their phone in order to work with us. > > **Puntos en contra**: Recently they have made adjustments to the support team and getting in touch with them and I have noticed it now takes longer to hear back from the team - whereas before, I would almost always hear back in under an hour for help. Now sometimes it is 1-2 days which is less ideal but I think they are working to fix this as they grow the company. > > I love all the CSMs I have been in contact with\! Everyone is VERY knowledgeable about the platform and walks you through all the steps to get things set up, how to best use certain features so the platform truly works FOR you. ----- ### "RUN from Exercise they are now a Daxko entity" — 1.0/5 > **Steve** | *28 de junio de 2026* | Salud, bienestar y deporte | Valoración de la recomendación: 0.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: I started with Exercise because I needed an integrated access management connection to the member management system. For the first three months i was absolutely in love. Then the cold weather in Wisconsin Hit in late December. The Kisi system the promoted, DOES NOT WORK IN THE COLD\!\!\! Their own documentation says so. So I need to find another integrated access management system. So Joel VanderPol, the chief Revenue Officer says that they integrate with Gantner. Great lets move forward. Well after 10 months, thousands of dollars, and HUNDREDS of hours later, They can't make Gantner work. Their New recommendation is VERKADA. But they do NOT have any integrations in the US currently. The Verkada product is absolutely AMAZING. I can't say enough positive about their product. The only problem is, even tho they are a promoted partner they do not integrate with them on the most basic level. This is NOT a Verkada issue. There is absolutely NO positive with this integration./ > > **Puntos en contra**: The Cons - Where do I begin: After every update they push something simple ALWAYS Breaks. I as if they have no QA process and let the complaints from users show them what they messed up. If you want a consistent and positive revenue stream, don't hold your breath. > > It is the most abysmal software I could ever imagine. The new "boutique" president Aldor H. Delp, President of Boutique Fitness at Daxko.Aldor H. Delp, President of Boutique Fitness at Daxko. Has no idea what a small boutique business needs. ----- ### "A great product (and Abbie is a superstar)" — 5.0/5 > **Usuario verificado** | *9 de enero de 2026* | Salud, bienestar y deporte | Valoración de la recomendación: 10.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: Abbie is a superstar. She is attentive, thoughtful, and truly gets our business. I would hire her if I could\! Thank you Abbie - let's going\! > > **Puntos en contra**: I wish every feature I wanted was created in seconds... but let's be realistic. It is an evolving platform, and I hope it continues to improve. > > Very positive, and hopefully continuing to move forward as the tech develops and requirements grow for fitness businesses to serve their clients. ----- ### "New customer- pleased so far" — 5.0/5 > **auggie** | *31 de agosto de 2026* | Deportes | Valoración de la recomendación: 5.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: the versatility and customization it can do a lot still trying to figure out all capabilities but it has so far combined 3 older systems into 1 for us > > **Puntos en contra**: it does a lot still new to it > > brand new pleased so far ----- Página: 1 de 11\ Siguiente: [Página siguiente](https://www.capterra.do/software/152284/exercise-com?page=2) ## Enlaces - [Ver en Capterra](https://www.capterra.do/software/152284/exercise-com) ## Esta página se encuentra disponible en los siguientes idiomas | Local | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | | sv | | ----- ## Datos estructurados
