Tagging orders is seamless. Customer support is good but most times they are not able to provide a solution at the time of the issue. Orders show every activity and help tell a story in the case an order has an issue and we need to find the root cause. > > **Puntos en contra**: Filters being set/adjusted and removed can cause some confusion. Lots of clicking to get where you need as a view. Long wait time on EOD manifest printing. Adding new listings takes a lot more time, sometimes even an extra 30 min/1hr of time to ensure the listings came through and look as they were entered in shopify. > > We started with Skulabs and loved it, we then were offered a free shipping platform that answered our cons above. We had no expectation to stop using this platform as the customer service and platform itself are awesome. QuickBooks online inventory isn't the best, we needed a way to sell inventory by both wholesale and retail, we also needed an invoice that showed our inventory images. SkuLabs filled in where QuickBooks failed. Also, the shipping feature with EasyPost, how wonderful it is to ship within the system, another area where QuickBooks Online fails. > > **Puntos en contra**: When inventory syncs over to QuickBooks Online, it causes a huge shrinkage mess in our QuickBooks P\&L, we haven't quite been able to figure out why, but what happens is whenever an order is synced, or the inventory syncs, it creates inventory adjustments every few minutes. This resulted in a nightmare to our shrinkage and we simply had to disconnect the inventory sync from QuickBooks relying on orders, purchasing and manually transferring inventory inside QuickBooks online to maintain inventory control within QuickBooks. > > Overall a great inventory program. Until QuickBooks Online figures out how to add more pricing within their system, add locations for inventory, and add images to invoices, Skulabs does fill that need.
