Comentarios: Una vez que se le ha dedicado el tiempo necesario para conocerlo, resulta una herramienta rápida para el reporte de gastos, a la vez permite generar reportes que hacen más simple llevar un control de los gastos.

Me gusta la facilidad de reportar los gastos desde un Smartphone, lo que agiliza la función.
Contras:
No es un software intuitivo, hay que tomarse el tiempo necesario para conocer como funciona y poder utilizarlo.

Comentarios: Efficient and convenient to use. It does what I need and there were zero issues.

Easy to use and very convenient to access through phone. It does the job very effectively compared to using excel.
Contras:
None at the moment. Majority of inconveniences I encounter are more on my company side.

Comentarios: I’m mostly satisfied with Zoho expenses. It integrate well with Zoho books and their autoscan feature while not perfect does help a lot managing receipts.
Puntos a favor:
Very simple to use, usable auto-scan, integrates with Zoho books nicely.
Contras:
Auto-scan can get things wrong and will add currency selections you don’t need which makes the process go slower than it should.

I like that I can add expenses through the zoho expense app in my phone for ease of tracking and taking photos of my receipts.
Contras:
Depending on how zoho is set up by the administration but there can be errors that can delay reimbursement.

Comentarios: I have had great experiences using Zoho Expense. Ive tried other programs and they were clunky, messy, hard to use. I was on the phone with the help desk all the time. With Zoho Expense - I did it all by myself in a few hours. Now I am set up to run my business much better!
Puntos a favor:
Easy to set up! Easy to use! Easy to see what needs ot be done. Maybe they should be called ZO-EASY Expense! I was up and running in no time. Imported changes from my corporate credit card, set up personal and business expenses. This made the separation so easy! Tax time will be so much better in 2024 !
Contras:
There aren't any CONs as the product fit exactly what I needed. I do like how I can add new apps to integrate with Expense if I need it in the future. The seamlessness of that is worth $$$!

A technology that actually makes things faster.
Comentarios: Overall, it's a simple, highly funal software with great layout and quite intuitive. I can't think of anything I would imporve upon except Maybe make it so we can import our company logos or taylor a colour theme.
Puntos a favor:
Whats not to like, A simple mobile app that takes a clear and concise image of the reciept, it learns as you enter reciepts and as you process them so that the next photo import comes in with better information. Wow. Simple to find and edit and submit, great reminders thatyou have expenses not yet submitted.
Contras:
At first I thought it was cumbersome, but quickly learned the software just needs to learn enough to be extremely practical.

I recommended Zoho to all my clients
Comentarios: They all enjoy Zoho. The upload is so easy and everyone has been cheerful about switching.
Puntos a favor:
I liked the fact that it was online and mobile, very easy to use, and actually fun! The reaction of my clients employees has been wonderful. Since they travel internationally, they really like the foreign exchange calculations.
Contras:
Occasionally i have someone who just isn't techy and Ihave to teach them, but I'd be doing that with any software.
Easy to Use
Comentarios: Pretty good. No real complaints. There was one issue and I was able to chat and fix it right away.

It is easy to use. If you get caught up start a chat and they are super responsive to correct the issue.
Contras:
The fact that I have to login separately from Books and pay separately from Books. I thought it would be linked together.

Great but costly compared to other services
Comentarios: Seamless, accurate and clutterfree are a few adjectives I may use to describe my UI experience with ZoHo Expense. The only factor I don't like is the cost of it. Maybe there could be a free solution that allows only particular expenses/costs reports to be generated, rather than paying for the full features, which I don't use at all.

ZoHo Expense has great features for micro to mega businesses.
Contras:
I personally use it to maintain costs and expenses reports, which is almost a free feature with many other platforms. I would like it to be free for me, since I already use their paid version of ecommerce platform.

Integration with banking and other Zoho apps makes a huge improvement in managing and monitoring expenses. If using Zoho CRM there is no reason to look elsewhere for expense management.
Contras:
I wish that the receipts were auto-analyzed better but this technology is similarly employed elsewhere.

Zoho software is easy to understand, and its helps me to track all the invoices in one place

GST AND HST need to be automatically calculated when taking the picture, but its doesn't have the feature
Zoho Expenses Review
Comentarios: It is a nice expense platform, but just average and not amazing. I would suggest to make it more user-friendly and easier to use. I can see people who are not tech-savvy being really stumped and unable to use it.
Puntos a favor:
Once you get to the page to submit your expenses, it easily allows you to submit expenses, organize them by category (transportation, food, entertainment), and submit them. You can easily add multiple receipts and it scans the amount from the receipt. Also It shows you possible duplicate expenses (but sometimes things are the same amount so this is not always correct).
Contras:
It is not the most user-friendly website and is pretty difficult to use. I've used it for over 2 years and still get a little stumped here and there. Right when you log on it's confusing where to go to navigate to the expenses feature. And once you are on your profile there are so many capabilities, sometimes it gets lost among those. You also need to create a report, and then add your expenses to add to the report, so it takes additional steps.
