But what's great about Optix is that you can ask them for these features and they genuinely either consider adding them or help you find a way forward that works better for your needs. > > I've never been so impressed by a customer support team and we use \*a lot\* of SaaS products. By the time we reached out to Optix, we were so jaded and annoyed by SaaS product teams that we expected more of the same. Once it’s integrated into your workflow, it quickly becomes an essential part of the operation. The team at Optix are also very open minded, taking every inquiry, every question with delivering an answer to the best of their abilities. My company in the past has gave a couple of suggestions, and we were proud and even surprised that a tech company in this day and age still listens to customers and adding features that we request to make everyone's lives easier in this industry. > > **Puntos en contra**: One of the very few things that can be said that isn't the best is the white label app's customization. Don't get me wrong, it is at the end of the day a very wonderful app that is intuitive and easy to use. We would like to see more customization so that we could make certain amenities or features of our space a little more focused, and when it comes to branding, certain colors unfortunately do not work. Also, as a lover and adamant user of dark mode on almost all apps/websites i regularly use, I'm sure some of our members would like to see something similar, but otherwise not much to dislike about\! > > Overall, an overly positive experience. From the moment you onboard, to scaling your space and operating it, Optix is there every step of the way. With new features being added regularly, we're seeing external subscriptions being cut in favor of using Optix built in features, as they're delivering better alternatives than some of the industry standards.
