If there are any cons, it would be that Duplie is very function oriented and lacks a bit of artistry. You need to bring that vision with you to the table and communicate it clearly to get the look and feel you want. We have three program managers who can now manage their volunteer base from one place - very efficient and easy to use. We were using two different platforms to schedule and communicate with our volunteer base. We had volunteers that hadn't actually shown up for a while still in our database - Duplie is allowing us to keep track of who does what, when, and how many times. Program managers are able to manage their volunteer base and add/cancel as needed very easily.
