Also, being able to make changes to events without changing the link for our volunteers is a great feature. The best thing is how easy it is for our volunteers to sign up, receive reminders and thank you messages and to be in a database to get information about new events.

But having the capability to sign up multiple people with one email (families or groups) is more important than the reporting information. Not having a text option for volunteers was something we've wished for a long time.

The best part is that our volunteer program has gone from maybe a half dozen people to almost 100. Volunteers like to know exactly what they’re going to be doing the date the time; they appreciate consistency and this website accommodates all of those concerns.

> **Puntos en contra**: Using the prior year as my template could be simplified a little. It takes me a little longer than I'd like to make sure everything has been updated properly.

> It's been terrific. Prior coordinators used paper and pen to track who was signed up and which house they are assigned to. Now, I can manually assign those volunteers I want at a given house, and the rest can select where they want to help out without my having to track anything. It's been an amazing time-saver\!
The fact that they can sign-up and receive a confirmation email with all the information regarding the home tour is a big plus - once again saving me time, plus it ensures I don't miss contacting anyone. 
The few times I had questions, I was able to call and speak to a live person who was friendly and knowledgeable. 
As a 30+ year IT professional, I highly recommend iVolunteer\! Several people I know have used iVolunteer at my suggestion, and all of them have been happy as well. 
Thank you for a great program and made things much easier for the "Inside the Gates" Home Tour\!
