OnPrintShop - Great Service / Flexible Software
Comentarios: OnPrintShop customized the program for me, but I went through several paid upgrades to get the product fully functional.
Puntos a favor:
Very flexible in programming and customization, at little to no cost.
Contras:
The out of the box version had a lot of language and functionality of an Indian computer programmer. Took a lot of time to put the program into shape for USA usage.

Comentarios: It has abeen a great relationship, I am happy I found this software and get to work with their team.
Puntos a favor:
The Team is very responsive and it is the most feature packed software for the print industry. it is second to none.
Contras:
Some things are very "Global" and not set up ideally for the US market in some ways, but that is true about most software.
Great support team
Comentarios: The team, service and turn around for requests is super efficient. We definitely feel the support team is there to help when we need it.
Puntos a favor:
OnPrintShop does a great job walking your though the onboarding and development process.
Contras:
The cost is a little much for a smaller business.
our customers love using it, but we have had a lot of technical issues
Comentarios: a lot less manual design and admin as customers can log on and make the changes themselves, which is particularly helpful when its only a name and phone number on a business card!
Puntos a favor:
its very easy to use, straight forward to show customers and our corporate customers love that we can customise there interface with their logo and colours.
Contras:
Our corporate customers use this everyday so with the time difference its hard to speak to technical support when we have issues and questions, and even with new updates we have the same issues reoccurring which is frustrating.
