Delivra: Your Email Support Structure
Comentarios: I've used two versions at two different non-profits and it's always been reliable in that emails look exactly how they should in someone's inbox, previews are solid, lists are easy to upload and manage. I never feel lost.
Puntos a favor:
The simplicity of its design and the way it gets out of my way as an email designer and lets me be fluid and experimental with layouts and ideas.
Contras:
I wish scheduling emails greyed out the "send now" option. I hit that instead as "save" is away up in the corner.
Functional + Responsive
Comentarios: Overall, I have a positive experience with Delivra and their customer service team. They're prompt and thorough and I'm able to solve my issue the day it happens. There are some nuances within the product that could be enhanced, but it gets the job done.

I like the simplicity and overall organizational structure of Delivra. Dynamic content functionality is one of the things I like most.
Contras:
I wish there were more ways to cross-copy content across accounts. Some of the timing nuances within the automation structures can be enhanced.

Delivra, a excellent communitation tool
Comentarios: I've had great success with the program using it to communicate to over 12,000 employees.

Easy to Learn and Collaborate

What I like most about Delivra is the analytics and information the email sends provide me. I'm able to see who is accessing so I can determine if I want to follow up. The collaboration functions are also great.
Contras:
Sometimes adjusting the formatting to templates can be tricky but once you learn the process and get some practice it works well.

There’s an issue with opening new links that are within the app, it’s constantly opening new links if anything is clinked from the actual website.

I really appreciated the responsiveness and how helpful the Support person was for me when my organization ran into some issues with Delivra. We were able to solve the problem quickly, and I was also able to learn more about how to use Delivra well.
Contras:
I think it can be confusing with contacts being able to be set as normal, but not being in categories/segments. It sounds silly now that I know how it works, but before I got support, navigating the contacts, categories, and segments was really confusing. I wish there was a way to view the contacts in a specific category - maybe there is and I just don't know

Comentarios: Delivra has eliminated the problem that we presented with the marketing management, thanks to the optimization in the management and automation of marketing campaigns through email that they have, providing us with the opportunity to expand in the market, just as also this platform has managed to diversify a little customer service, with its way of running the CRM tool which has helped us to develop a compatibility and customer-company relationship

Mainly what I dislike with Delivra is that it does not have a free trial to verify if its use is optimal and is consistent for the operation that you come to require, as well as in the beginning the emails are difficult to configure, if however over time is improving the management and ease of use of the platform thanks to the subsequent training that Delivra offers you
Amazing support, like an extension of my own team
Comentarios: Delivra helped us through a really difficult and incredibly fast transition from our last email service provider. The team answered every question, hopped on phone calls, and completed the data migration for us on time -- no easy feat in less than two months! I couldn't be happier with the support that I get from the Delivra team. They are always available to give insight, answer questions, and make suggestions to improve our email campaigns; at this point, they feel like an extension of our own team. Processes like list segmentation that used to take hours can now be completed in minutes because of the custom extension tables that Delivra created for us during implementation. Manual coding in Dreamweaver to make our campaigns mobile-friendly is now done automatically in the Drag-and-Drop editor. Our open rates are going up because split testing can be set up so easily. We're now becoming a well-oiled, email marketing machine. Thank you, Delivra!

Oddly, the site itself doesn't seem to be mobile friendly, or at least the system is difficult to navigate if the web browser isn't full screen. Sometimes the Drag and Drop editor can be a little difficult in that you can't often move some elements around and you have to recreate them instead. For example, a row of buttons within a text box can't just be lifted out of the text box and made into its low row--it has to be completely recreated. My graphic designers have also told me that the interface isn't as Mac-friendly or clean as they'd like. These are all very small things, though.
Achieve business goals with Delivra

Delivra provides templates for periodic emails and newsletters suitable for many marketing campaigns. The software enables users to deal with large volume campaigns. Segmentation and software analysis help target the right audiences. Delivra can be easily integrated into CRM software.
Contras:
Lack of free trial is not appreciated by beginner users, as Delivra requires some training to figure it out. The price could represent a limitation for start-up users and small companies. There is a compatibility issue with outlook and low performance on mobile devices that require some attention. In my opinion, reporting is sometimes annoying.
Email Marketing on Steroids!
Comentarios: We switched from Constant Contact to Delivera and immediately saw our open rates jump. The options of design for your email are endless and completely customization which allows for our readers to easily read and navigate - getting our message across easily. For the back-end, I highly recommend going into the Delivera to learn how to use the software. It is very detailed and complex - but it is what makes your email your own. Customer support is always quick to respond. They can come to you (if possible), hop on a call or have you come in as soon as possible.

Comentarios: Delivra delivers just what we need to keep our bowlers aware of upcoming specials and events. The ease of set-up is greatly appreciated. We send over 1 million emails a year -- and every one of them looks professional - thanks in large part to the excellent templates provided. We are very satisfied customers of Delivra!

Comentarios: We are excited to enter our second year with Delivra. Last season we simplified our overall email operations. The features and functionality are much simpler than our previous provider. Looking forward to implementing a full year of Clickstream to track revenue and ticket sales. Also hope to get our automated pre/post game emails off the ground.

Comentarios: We started using Delivra about 2 years ago and have been happy with the software. We typically send out a few newsletters a month and Delivra makes the process simple and efficient. For a small, locally owned business, being in contact with our customers is vital. Delivra is perfect for what we need.
