Comentarios: VERY positive, I can not recommend them highly enough!!!
Puntos a favor:
Literally one of the best tools I have in my arsenal! Delivra helps me reach my customers and potential customers in a professional and easy to use way. Every time I have contacted customer support they've been great to work with and help me resolve my issue easy - and usually it's user error not Delivra!
Contras:
The reporting is sometimes over whelming because I don't need it to be as intricate as it is. But for many I think this is exactly what they are looking for.

Solid Email Marketing Platform
Comentarios: Overall, Delivra is a pretty intuitive email marketing platform that works well and is similar to some of the other big names in the business. When we've needed help, the customer service has been available and helpful.
Puntos a favor:
Drag and drop editor is easy to use; mostly intuitive functionality; love that we can schedule emails far in advance; cloning a previous email makes sending weekly emails where the only change is the recipients super simple; imports are easy
Contras:
Some of the more complex functions are a little more difficult than I had hoped for, but we're still working through those and Delivra's customer service has been very helpful with these functions in the past when we've needed their help

Comentarios: Great staff. Nice product, but getting started with the new system is a bumpy ride.
Puntos a favor:
Whenever I have had need to ask for help all staff are very friendly, personal, and helpful. They take suggestions seriously.
Contras:
New system rolled out recently has been full of glitches. It has many features that seem to be improved, but some features that I used in the older version are not available, though I am told they will be. I am not a very tech savvy person and would have preferred that glitches be smoothed out before I was changed over to the new version (though I have been able to switch back to the old version and work in the new version is there, so I can toggle back and forth between the two, if needed).

Easy and Intuitive
Comentarios: Onboarding was relatively quick and easy. The launch was successful, and making changes was pretty easy as well. Any questions were quickly answered. The help desk staff is small, but very patient and helpful and actually answer questions instead of just sending you off to an article (like other platforms I've experienced).
Puntos a favor:
Easy to use, UI is logical and intuitive, cost is reasonable for our size and needs.
Contras:
Not much! Maybe just something small like on the Contacts page I wish I could set a default sorting instead of having to manually sort it each time I go onto the page.
