We were using another company that couldn't do everything we needed. I found Park in a search and started looking into the app. They are so easy to work with. They had the initial work up for our sites in less than a week. The software is so easy for our staff to use but more importantly it's so easy for our Park guests to make their reservations. The staff was able to allow us to reserve our ball fields on hourly timeslots as well. We asked for certain tweaks to make it work and they came through with speed and ease. > > **Puntos en contra**: The only con I had in getting started is that they only work with one processing company. I really can't say it's a con because it was easy to get set up with that company and the accounting aspect is easy as well > > Overall I have to say the experience we have had with Park has been the easy, fast, and enjoyable.
