Well priced with prrsonal customer service from the programmer. They are always looking for feedback and improvement ideas. > > **Puntos en contra**: Wish there were more preset reports...it's nice to see what others have done. Or maybe a discussion atea where rescues can help support each other. > > Appreciate \[sensitive content hidden\] unwavering support through the years\! Timely responses and a commitment to quality improvement and adding the upgrades her customers have asked for. ----- ### "Game Changer - Trackabeast Improves Efficiency - Amazing Value" — 5.0/5 > **Liz** | *12 de julio de 2025* | Gestión de organizaciones sin ánimo de lucro | Valoración de la recomendación: 10.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: Great app to see most everything in one system at an amazing low cost\! The application feature for potential adopters, volunteers and fosters has really been a great efficiency in tracking details\! So easy to navigate. Love the download capability to allow 'slice and dice' the data with Excel. And the Customer Service is AMAZING\! Very quick to answer questions, research issues and solve any hiccups\!\! PS - Having access to an actual 'real' demo database prior to signing up was fantastic\! It allowed me to 'play' on my own using my own data to better understand the features before making a decision. > > **Puntos en contra**: No concerns. It does require a little patience when using on a cell phone as there is a lot of data that you may need to scroll through. > > Going from Excel spreadsheets, trying to remember details, coordinating with various volunteers, TRACKABEAST has been a GAME CHANGER\!\! Our organization has been able to grow quickly thanks to this great app; we couldn't do it without Trackabeast\! Some of our 'favorite' features include animal details to help plan for vaccinations, spay/neuter and reminders to stay on schedule not to mention attaching medical documents. We are able to provide professional looking Medical History reports to our adopters. And we've been able to track down owners of lost kitties with microchip data captured. The various ways to filter the data allow us to quickly 'know our numbers' be it total number in our care, how many are pending adoption / adopted and easily list which kitties are located with which fosters\! The applications feature includes various stages and memos that helps our adoption counselors to track their communication with potential adopters. Overall, our business process efficiencies have greatly improved thanks to Trackabeast. ----- ### "Sixteen years" — 5.0/5 > **Rebecca** | *12 de julio de 2025* | Gestión de organizaciones sin ánimo de lucro | Valoración de la recomendación: 3.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: It has our historical data since 2009 and has continued to add capability to the system. We have multiple users and it is fairly easy and intuitive to use. > > **Puntos en contra**: I wish they would have the ability to open multiple tabs. It gives a warning message when you try to do it but it would be good to have more than one tab open. > > It is a great way to track our animals, adopters, volunteers, and donors. It is literally our brain for the history it contains. ----- ### "Nothing but positive" — 5.0/5 > **Arizona Basset Hound** | *7 de septiembre de 2026* | Veterinaria | Valoración de la recomendación: 10.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: Ease of usage. We can keep track of each animal in our rescue including all medical expenses, adoptions. > > **Puntos en contra**: We haven't found much to dislike about Trackabeast. There have been some minor input issues but \[sensitive content hidden\] takes care of it. > > We started using Trackabeast about 7 years ago. We have recommened it to other rescues to use to keep track of their rescue animals ----- ### "TAB - THE BEST" — 5.0/5 > **Dr. Jennifer** | *13 de septiembre de 2026* | Veterinaria | Valoración de la recomendación: 10.0/10 > > **Puntos a favor**: Carrie is SO hands on, quick to reply, and really goes above and beyond.
