SAP Business has also helped us alot to identify weak spots in our marketing with its amazing analysis tools, it helps us fill in the gaps to stay on top of all the new upcoming trends on the market for our industry. It can be shared shared among us no matter where we are so that we can all work on the same data as a team. We enjoyed using SAP Business because it has the capability to process a large amount of data quickly and helps us put that data into visual graphs that are able to show us real time data that has been analyzed. It can be easily intergrated with Microsoft office as we use power point for alot of our presentations, it allows us the ability to export from PowerPoint to SAP. It easily intergrates with other SAP platforms for more extra functions. First, we didn’t get the proper training upfront. I’m talking about actually going through the certification on the SAP website—not just a quick overview. I had to take it upon myself to get trained, and once I did, I saw how powerful the software really is. Second, I think we should have invested more in the software itself. Without the right setup and features, it felt like we weren’t getting the full experience. If we had done those two things from the start—proper training and better investment—it would have made a world of difference. > > **Puntos en contra**: One thing I really don’t like about SAP BusinessObjects is that if someone accidentally deletes a line, it’s pretty much gone for good. SAP IT services can’t retrieve it—it’s just stuck in the system forever. That’s a huge issue, especially when mistakes happen. I can’t fully blame the software, though, because proper training could have helped prevent situations like that. It just goes to show how important it is to make sure everyone knows how to use the system correctly from the start. > > It would be unfair for me to say it was bad. Being a daily user, I find that the system is easy to understand and allows the user a certain level of creativity.
