Procore en obra

Comentarios: Cumple su fucnión aunque la presentación puede mejorar.

Puntos a favor:

Se podía hacer el seguimiento a las tareas y saber quien era el responsable.

Contras:

La interfaz es un poco rustica y el nivel de implementación y cubrimiento porcesos en obra es escaso.

Gestión de la construcción eficiente y perspicaz con Procore

Comentarios: Procore es un excelente software para empresas de construcción que buscan mejorar sus operaciones.

Puntos a favor:

Procore brinda excelentes perspectivas de proyectos que permiten una mejor toma de decisiones en toda la organización. Sus soluciones de plataforma también generan eficiencias en la gestión de la construcción.

Contras:

Procore puede ser costoso y, sin un uso adecuado, puede no ser rentable. Lo mejor es buscar la ayuda de un consultor certificado de Procore para optimizar el ROI.

Comentarios: Procore es simplemente la mejor opción que existe, en mi opinión.

Puntos a favor:

¡Debo decir que Procore hace que la administración de proyectos de construcción sea muy sencilla! Me encanta lo fácil que es de usar y la forma en que mantiene conectado a mi equipo. Las funciones de administración y colaboración de documentos son simplemente increíbles.

Contras:

Al principio, me costó un poco acostumbrarme a Procore, por lo que los nuevos usuarios pueden sentir lo mismo. Además, desearía que fuera más barato, ya que puede ser un poco pesado para la billetera, especialmente para las empresas más pequeñas.

Software fenomenal para manejar proyectos de construcción

Comentarios: Proporciona a los equipos de gestión de proyectos un procedimiento de construcción con cierta independencia. No se necesitan más hojas de Excel, llamadas telefónicas desde la Central ni ningún otro tipo de informe para supervisar el progreso del proyecto. El paquete Procore y la herramienta de análisis nos permiten tenerlo todo controlado en segundo plano.

Puntos a favor:

Es maravilloso poder acceder a cualquier información relacionada con un proyecto con sólo tocar una pantalla. Poder saber que siempre estás consultando material actualizado es fantástico tras la transición desde el anticuado estilo de trabajo que dependía demasiado del correo electrónico, el papel y las revisiones obsoletas.

Contras:

En realidad, depende de lo que se introduzca en el sistema. La formación es crucial, y esto presiona mucho a los usuarios para que comprendan a fondo el sistema a fin de aprovechar al máximo todas sus capacidades. Los humanos pueden ser perezosos, por lo que creo que deberían exigirse algunos lugares de control antes de proceder con los elementos.

Software muy apropiado para las constructoras

Puntos a favor:

Las soluciones que brinda para las contructoras son efectivas para gestionar muchos procesos internos como la ejecucion del proyecto tanto laboral como financiero.

Contras:

Es un poco costoso y si no sabes usarlo o no aprendes, puede ser que no sea tan rentable para lo que lo quieras.

PROCORE, una herramienta de 10, para la gestión eficiente de tu proyecto.

Comentarios: Ha sido muy util, en el proyecto que lo utilice, te muestra una manera muy agil de llevar al dia la gestión de la obra.

Puntos a favor:

La posibilidad de estar en constante comunicación entre todas las partes interesadas en el proyecto, dueños, administrativos, y personal de campo.

Contras:

Hay que pasar una curva de aprendizaje al iniciar a utilizarlo, pero luego de entender como funciona el programa es muy facil su manejo.

mi constructor

Comentarios: una mayor organización, permite conocer tu licitación desde el inicio hasta el final, entre otras cosas maravillosas.

Puntos a favor:

puedo diseñar, crear, gestionar, cotizar todo dentro de la plataforma.

Contras:

no hay nada que no me guste, al contrario de encanta es de gran ayuda para nuestra empresa.

Proyectos construccion e inmobiliarios

Comentarios: Muy recomendada

Puntos a favor:

Me encantó la posibilidad de coordinar diversos proyectos de construcción e inmobiliarios nosotros.como.una Corporación que tiene servicios asesoria construccion legal contable fiscal y auditorias nos permite diseñar proyectos estrategicos para una variedad de obras de nuestros clientes

Contras:

El.precio siempre es un aspecto q considerar

Fantastic Hub for All Project Information

Comentarios: My overall experience with Procore has been great. I have used it as a subcontractor needing to bill on AIA documentation to a GC, but I have mostly used it from the general contractor's perspective. The depth of information and customization is great.

Puntos a favor:

Procore is a fantastic ERP system that can connect project management and accounting, as well, as external subcontractors, vendors, and owners. All information regarding a project can be found in one place, with permission setting available to prevent users from accessing things they should not.

Contras:

You are not able to drill down into budget line items to see what the breakdown of cost is. This may just be how our system is configured though since we do not enter expenses directly into Procore, but rather sync them from Sage Intacct.

My experience with Procore as a small construction company

Comentarios: Everything is in one site, from scheduling to invoicing to job report with photos. Makes it easier to get an overall view of the project and of it's progress.

Puntos a favor:

It's interactivity between the users (subcontractors and project manager). I like that the subs can find all of the project info in one place and even accessible on their phone.

Contras:

I could get very complicated very fast. It is important to take the classes before you start implementing it with one of your projects.

I love Procore

Comentarios: great there's not much more to say ! We love it.

Puntos a favor:

The tracking of projects and the ease of use.

Contras:

Its slow alot of times when you try to open it up on desktop.

Terrible experience with the entire PROCORE system

Comentarios: Our experience with PROCORE started out great! They promised the world . My office staff spent dozens of hours training and working through how we planned to use the format. We were told the that PROCORE integrated seamlessly with XERO accounting and that they had already designed an integration program to facilitate the accounting piece of the platform. Well $15,000 later in PROCORE fees, my team through trial and error determined that the integration they had designed didn't actually work. They insisted it did but soon realized our team was correct. They promised they would have a fix within 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks for them to "FIX" the integration issue. Not sure if they did because the only communication they maintained with us was invoicing us for a service that didn't work as promised. After dozens of emails to all contacts we had at PROCORE we received not ONE response except for invoices not being paid. So we walked- $15, 000 out of pocket and what I would estimate at least that in wages paid to employees for training on the PROCORE platform , Identifying a flaw in there system and receiving no support from PROCORE after they said the XERO integration was fixed. PROCORE failed with my company. They have very little direct support available. NO accountability and no contact person assigned to our account. Maybe it works well for some but if we ran our construction company like PROCORE runs their business we would be out of business faster then you can shake a stick. I HAVE NOTHING POSITIVE TO SAY ABOUT PROCORE-their employees or customer support.

Contras:

Customer service was terrible. They have no dedicated pint person for account holders Integrations did not work as promised

The good, the bad, and the ugly.

Comentarios: I hated procure at first. It seemed overly complicated for no reason. However, after a year of utilizing it, it became apparent as to why it is a useful tool.

Puntos a favor:

Procure is very organized and creates a place to be able to manage projects conveniently.

Contras:

Procure has a lot of functions that one must learn. The train classes that procure provides are definitely not enough. It take quite a long time to figure it out.

Procore is a solid construction platform

Comentarios: The overall experience has been easy and fluid to use.

Puntos a favor:

The fact that all of the pertinent project information, submittals, plans and specifications are all in one place for all the trades to review.

Contras:

The fact that files can't be viewed directly but rather have to be downloaded to fully view.

Great Project Tool

Comentarios: Procore is a great tool for Construction professionals. The feature set is very tailored to construction related tasks

Contras:

Runs a bit slow in my experience. Wish there was a better option to review BIM models.

Procore Review

Comentarios: Not bad, It has been helpful and needed in order to do our jobs

Puntos a favor:

I like how organized it is. It keeps everything organized by job and keeps things separated

Contras:

It is too expensive. It does not allow AI to help speed up our process like other systems have

Comentarios: Procore is a great platform for construction communication and documents.

Nice interface for construction work on phone and computer.

Contras:

Trainings were a bit bland (or maybe they just didn't align with my learning style).

Comentarios: very well overall, very familiar with the needs of the industry and leader in the field

pricing quite expensive for small companies

Consolidated and Simplified Financial System

Puntos a favor:

All project financial related items are in the one place - forecasting, subcontracts, POs, progress claiming, variations, etc., which makes it extremely easy to track all project financial elements. It is especially convenient when Procore is used for project control too (i.e., RFIs, document control, etc.), making it even more streamlined.

Contras:

It can be annoying that you can't amend variations after they are approved. You also can't amend PO/SC SOV line items after an invoice has been uploaded, which makes the invoice process quite time consuming.

Procore stand above the rest

Comentarios: Amazing and what a time saver. Contracts, change orders, invoicing, submittals - makes everything at your finger tips

Puntos a favor:

Procore allows everyone in the organization from the office to the field to the architects to collaborate on a project

Contras:

Sometimes it takes a bit for everyone to see the documents in the folders

Procore Fan

Comentarios: I have used it on several projects and it is better than similar programs.

Puntos a favor:

The program is easy to navigate and the information is easily tracked.

Contras:

All information is not available. Contractors tend to block certain information.

Procore Rocks!

Comentarios: Overall, I am impressed with the software when it comes to detailed organization of files and the intended work flows.

Puntos a favor:

I like the detailed format of the software that helps with contracts administration.

Contras:

Drop-down menus can be simplified and easily clicked so that you don't actually pick the wrong link.

EXCELLENT PROJECT MANAGEMENT TOOL

Comentarios: ITS THE MOST WELL ROUNDED PROJECT MANAGEMENT SOLUTION.

Puntos a favor:

IT ACTS AS ONE DATABASE FOR ALL OF THE CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION PROCESS.

Contras:

IT OCASSIONALLY HAS GLITCHES WHICH IS BASED ON THE SETUP OF THE SYSTEM BY THE ADMIN. IF MORE THAN ONE PERSON IS A PRIORITY REVIEWER ON A SUBMITTAL IT WILL GET STUCK RATHER THAN PASS ON TO THE NEXT OFFICE.

Excellent Project/Document Management Software

Puntos a favor:

Procore is heavily customisable, and comes with modules that can be added and removed to use (and pay) for only the modules you wish to use. Drawing and Specification modules are excellent, and correspondence quickly being improved. Punch Lists, Document managent, tendering all done well.

Contras:

Slightly different and takes a few weeks to get comfortable with if familar with other similar products.
