Contras:

Que no siempre aparecen las personas registradas o que no aparezcan celulares correctos, algunas veces son números fuera de servicio. Debe haber la manera de que sean números reales.

Lusha engine that can access various data sources, including LinkedIn. It includes an extension, which allows users to search through their contacts and identify potential business clients. Lusha provides current contact information, and so we no longer need to visit a separate website simply to obtain a phone number.

Contras:

Not much to dislike as it is a useful tool except the cost can be high for certain usage.

Comentarios: Lusha has given me the tools I've been looking for for a fair and reasonable price. The free account gives me an amount of credit to be used, but whenever needed, I can simply buy more credits.

The Google Chrome extension works well and gives me the information I need. In addition to a resourceful business database, the website is complete with a great range of information displayed in a simple and easily readable layout.

Contras:

Last month I faced a little misinformation in Lusha. While looking for the contact details from LinkedIn, I noticed that the telephone number on the website was different from that on the extension. After contacting the support, they've told me that sometimes this kind of problem happens because their database is poorly integrated.

Comentarios: Lusha has been a crucial tool to find decision makers incredibly quickly which is important for expansion in our business. The ability to identify a decision maker in seconds saves an incredible amount of time saving you money and allowing sales people to focus on driving more revenue.

Puntos a favor:

The most important feature for us is the seamless integration between Lusha and Hubspot. Using Lusha, once we've identified a decision maker, we can instantly add this into Hubspot which is a massive benefit saving a lot of time. Lusha has a fantastic web extension for LinkedIn and we've found their data accuracy to be amongst the best having trailed other tools previously. It is easy to set up and administer to the team with little to no training.

Contras:

The only criticism is the data accuracy can be low at times providing out of date emails and phone numbers. This is to be expected but more could be done to identify leads with a low chance of the data being accurate and up to date.

Easy-to-use data enrichment platform with flexible pricing

Comentarios: Overall, the platform is easy to use and has a lot of cool features. I would say the data enrichment piece seems to be at least 75% accurate if not more. I do wish that on our plan I am able to upload a CSV of names and companies and have it automatically enrich all of that data instead of having to go one-by-one.

Lusha is an easy-to-use lead generating and data enrichment platform. It's a great tool for me as a marketer who doesn't have a sales team and works for a small company trying to get a sales motion in place.

Contras:

I don't like that the credits are use-it-or-lose-it. As a small company in a tough economy, our budgets are constantly fluctuating. I paid for a certain amount of credits but due to competing priorities, could not keep up with using them. Then, we had to downgrade our subscription based on cost cutting. Since I already paid for the credits, I feel like I should have been able to use them whenever I wanted even after downgrading (and then just not get more new ones).

Lusha is an amazing sales and Lead intelligence tool.

Comentarios: It’s easy to use tool to get lead info and company details. Extracts accurate movable numbers of decision-makers. It provides an email service. It syncs well with salesforce. Its extension is straightforward to access and extremely quick.

Lusha is a nice product and alternative to Zoominfo if you’re into prospecting, lead generation, and contact details identification domain. The most effective part is it complies with the GDPR norms and hence you’ll be able to use it to find the contact details of the EMEA region which is quite onerous through Zoominfo which is nice if your target market is APAC. Each of the cloud version platforms and also the extension works well. Lusha Dashboard is additionally intuitive, and helps is to keep track of credit used over totally different periods by different members in graphical format, which is quite helpful. The fact that appliance works very smoothly on the Chrome extension with less hassle. One will realize contact numbers as well as email addresses very simply by merely adding the extension on your Chrome or any web browser, occurring the target person’ LinkedIn profile and obtaining their information.

Contras:

Most of the profile doesn’t have mobile numbers. And conjointly, most of the time, the e-mail goes bounces back. We will not import details to CRM or into any doc file. It’d be nice also to have the titles of people on the list, so it’s faster to sift whom to pick and whom to skip.

Comentarios: The free trial is worthless. I signed up for the subscription which only was available annually. I cancelled after getting 1 whole lead.

Easiest tool to use for lead management

Lusha is a very powerful tool and has a great UX. It allows it's users to capture direct dials, work and personal emails just by navigating to their profiles. List view of contacts is also managed by them, thus making the life of a user easier to navigate through the contacts. Third Party integrations is a bumper feature that reduces a lot of workload where you need to add leads to your CRM manually. Data export/import features are perfectly built and very easy to use.

Contras:

Pricing is on the higher side. Sometimes it feeds you with wrong contacts. Might get air in some cases.

Need Contact Details? Get Lusha?

Comentarios: Lusha is great for finding contact details for key people in time-critical situations and for building biz dev campaigns. Not perfect but best we've used; really useful tool.

Lusha is pretty well known amongst the sourcing community as one of the best tools for getting personal contact details - email address and phone numbers - from social media profiles. The chrome plug-in works well. Most users will be using this with LinkedIn. When you visit a profile, it tries to find phone number and email addresses and usually it comes up trumps. This often gives you personal contact details allowing you to bypass the corporate gatekeepers - that's why this is popular with recruiters. The LinkedIn Inmail system can be hit and miss (lots of LinkedIn users don't check or don't respond) and when you consider that Lusha could replace a premium or recruiter version of LinkedIn, it is good value if you are a sourcer, recruiter or biz dev professional. As you can turn off the monthly subscriptions this would be a good option for campaigns targetting specific verticals for example if you don't have an ongoing requirement.

Contras:

The software isn't perfect and it does get it wrong sometimes, but it is currently the best at what it does. While there's not much to dislike about Lusha, the problem with apps like these is that they invariably get either bought by LinkedIn/Microsoft and killed or just blocked when they become too popular. You may also be running into data privacy issues by using apps like this - check the legislation in your jurisdiction and you might want to run this past the Data Protection Officer (DPO) if you have one.

Lusha price increase of 66%v

Comentarios: Nothing really, except the price hike, we use about 12k contacts a year, and we buy them in blocks, the upfront subscription doesn't work for us in these covid times. When it came time recently to buy more credits, the price increased by 66%, that's way to expensive and out the cost of a lead to over 50 cents, and that was the discounted price, the best price the guys could offer us. Thus sadly, we have had to close our account. NOW, this is not a reason to stop using the solution, just be aware that your pricing is bout to increase by 66% or more, and that's if you pay annually advance, so I think a few of the smaller accounts, 12 credits useage a year will find other solutions,

Lusha (when it works) makes your life a bit easier when to comes to data extraction and finding the lead/contact's info (email / phone)

Contras:

1) if the contact has 2 emails on Lusha one is obviously a spam email (e.g Hotmail) and other one is real then the software isn't smart enough to flag this and write that the person works at hotmail / mircosoft in other words, it has the ability to differentiate one from the other of a 3 year old 2) the data 50% of the time is wrong and bad, which creates way more work than anything else 3) when exporting the data to a 3rd party tool (e.g Salesloft) the system can't really read the title of the person right "VP of digital transformation " would be saved as VP. which is pointless

Excellent prospecting tool

Comentarios: I have used the chrome extension of the tool in a very efficient manner, which has allowed us to get used to the tool (Free version) before making a purchase. The tool has helped us with getting leads and helping us to convert some of them too.

It's very easy to use and it's super useful to get the data (Leads) possibly interested in your products or services.

Contras:

The tool does not always get the information directly from LinkedIn about people from time to time which results in less accuracy of data. There should be manual data checking more frequently which could result in data enrichment.

Great Tool to generate leads

If you are making cold calls, this is an essential tool. In most cases, Lusha was able to find the mobile numbers and emails I was looking for. In fact, it's extremely simple, as the app pops up with the contact information without you having to do anything, you just need to click the button.

Contras:

There is nothing I dislike about Lusha. I can always contact the support team for assistance and answers to my questions. In addition to that, Lusha is improving every day, and I think it's a simple tool with a simple interface. My hope is that it will work on all websites.
