Mejora tu plan de Mantenimiento con MAINTAIN X

Comentarios: excelente me ha permitido crear un plan de mantenimiento para el area de produccion donde trabajo, pudiendo gestionar ordenes de trabajo, costos y tiempos de mantenimiento

Puntos a favor:

en mi cuenta poder realizar una gestion de mantenimiento de forma sencilla, ordenada por medio de plantillas personalizadas, a su vez puedo ver costos, inventario, tipo de mantenimientos, la pieza o producto, realmente lo recomiendo se trabaja de forma mas ordenada sobre todo en las lineas de produccion

Contras:

es un poco costoso realmente no todos pueden tener aceso al software, ademas es ideal ver tutoriales por internet a pesar de que es algo intituivo

Excelente implementación del programa

Comentarios: Excelente en todos los sentidos, muy recomendado

Puntos a favor:

La facilidad del uso a la hora de programar tareas de mantenimiento

Contras:

En la versión móvil puede que no se encuentren con facilidad algunas funciones

Amo MaintainX

Comentarios: Me encantó la experiencia del curso y la facilidad de aprender y obtener herramientas que te ayudarán en tu ámbito profesional y personal.

La forma de enseñar en sus cursos y la facilidad que se aprende.

Contras:

Que no se pudo descargar el certificado.

Ha permitido a nuestras areas encargadas estar al dia con el mantenimiento preventivo de todas las areas.

Contras:

Hacen falta caracteristicas pero el programa funciona muy bien

Gestión eficiente del flujo de trabajo con KeepX: la perspectiva de un usuario

Comentarios: En general, mi experiencia con KeepX ha sido en gran medida positiva. A pesar de los inconvenientes menores, la plataforma ha facilitado mucho la gestión de los flujos de trabajo y la organización.

Puntos a favor:

He estado usando KeepX durante bastante tiempo y debo decir que ha mejorado drásticamente la gestión de mi flujo de trabajo. Me encanta lo fácil de usar e intuitiva que es la interfaz.

Contras:

Aunque en general estoy satisfecho con KeepX, me he encontrado con algunos contratiempos en el camino. A veces, la aplicación se retrasa al sincronizar datos entre dispositivos, lo que puede ser frustrante cuando se trata de tareas urgentes.

Excelente software de mantenimiento

Comentarios: Una muy buena experiencia, lo recomiendo.

Es una excelente herramienta de seguimiento, trazabilidad y gestión general de mantenimientos preventivos, predictivos y correctivos.

Contras:

Realmente es muy difícil destacar algo malo cuando en realidad es una herramienta importante en cualquier tipo de gestión de ingeniería y mantenimiento

Buena plataforma para sistema de mantenimiento

Comentarios: Como sistema de mantenimiento fácil de usar es un 10.

Puntos a favor:

Me parece que la interfaz que utiliza es clara y sencilla de utilizar.No se necesita un proceso largo de aprendizaje para manejarte con la aplicación.

Contras:

No tengo nada en contra de este software funciona bastante bien.

Excelente software para monitoreo de tareas

Puntos a favor:

Fácil manejo de la plataforma, me ayuda mucho al seguimiento de procesos tanto a personal, como a tareas específicas, si necesito desglosar una tarea y personalizarla antes de pasar a la otra me lo permite.

Contras:

Podría ofrecer más soporte al aplicativo, pero de resto muy buena

Comentarios: "MaintainX es una buena plataforma con espacio para crecer. Es ideal para empresas con equipos de mantenimiento y presupuestos más pequeños.

MaintainX es una plataforma simple y fácil de usar que es fácil de aprender.

Contras:

Algunas capacidades están limitadas por las restricciones del programa, como la capacidad de escalamiento entre categorías, el bloqueo de programación y el seguimiento de activos de "mal actor" de Pareto.

The best out there, and still getting better!

Comentarios: Love it! So far does everything we need it to in a great user friendly platform

Not the best for Maintenance

Comentarios: it has not been good they didn't give us enough training on the system before they rolled it out to my guys so I'm learning with them and I can't help them as I should. and the person who set it up messed it up so bad that I spend more time fixing pm, location, asset, etc. that I can't focus on any other parts of the program

Puntos a favor:

you can customize the pm's to do all kinds of stuff, it is very easy to search for work orders and parts, and you can add files and pictures to the assets, it will be nice to be able to scan a QR code and it will show you the part or asset but we haven't gotten that part set up

Contras:

I hate when you search for an asset when I type my equipment number it will give me every single asset that has any of the numbers For example if I look 1001 I am going to get every machine with any of those numbers and usually the one I typed in will be at the bottom. you can't search the history of an asset on the iPad what's the point of even carrying the iPad my guys troubleshoot by looking at the history of that asset. you can't add more than one asset to a work order so my guys have to fill out multiple work orders and that takes up their time they could be doing something else. You can't look up how many assets my guys are responsible for it only shows how many work orders they have so if they have 100 work orders it is counting if they have any duplicates that's not helpful when trying to see who has what asset

MaintainX in Affordable Housing Management

Puntos a favor:

MaintainX's ability to customize procedures to cater to the specific needs of our company, while being extremely adaptive to help us comply with the ever-changing regulations in affordable housing, has been an integral part in our success in maintaining a smooth and efficient operation. The user interface is extremely easy to use and is a huge bonus for our staff that are not the most technologically inclined because they find it easy to use. Lastly, the extremely responsive customer service ties the whole product together and makes it one of the best investments our company has made.

Contras:

There is not much, if even anything, to dislike about MaintainX. The only thing I would like different is another tier in between the premium and enterprise plans, to satisfy the need for slightly more features without having to pay the much higher price for enterprise when a majority of those features aren't applicable to us.

A Project Engineer's Friend

Comentarios: My overall experience has been great with MaintainX. I have assigned roles, completed tasks, and this has allowed me to create suggestions for FIP, 5S, and more GMP protocols to be implemented into our plant.

Puntos a favor:

The integration of the time and work that are put into creating preventative maintenance plans, as well as spare parts indexes are now considered Automated at our plant. It is still in the works to get the software more integrated closely with our departments, but I do see the effect and the visibility that the software provides through our different departments helps with having these projects completed as well.

Contras:

A few cons that I have noticed with MaintainX are integrating the project owners with the plant. It takes effort from multiple departments to align these new processes into place. I noticed personally, that I am working on one of the project owner's tasks regardless of us having this software. I am hoping in the future, once this program is more integrated into our company, our main MaintainX point of contact can have more time with performing organization with Spare Parts, as this is a necessity for MaintainX to work.

Maintain X is versatile and easy to use.

Comentarios: I'm having a good experience using Maintain X, not just for maintenance, I'm using this app for QA, creating different templates for the different customer requirements on each product, is easy to use even to do Pre-op inspections, adding pictures and the signature block is the best field to make sure the operator is aware about what's happening.

Puntos a favor:

I love to create forms to do my checks easily

Contras:

I do not have any issue using this app...

Maintain X makes life easier

Comentarios: No problems love you can do work orders and invoices all in the same program

Puntos a favor:

Everything is in one spot and easy to find between work orders and invoices

Contras:

On some functions there is no end button

Game Changer

Comentarios: Exceptional, anytime I need help their quick to respond and resolve and it has been a major game changer for our company

Clean user friendly program that makes tracking maintenance a breeze

Contras:

No non user input for things like inspections, meters, etc.

1st Year Use - Review

Comentarios: Overall the software has had major benefits to the company when compared to our previous system (or lack of)

Puntos a favor:

Interface and user experience. Automation features.

Contras:

Compared to other CMMS software i have used, the user customisation ability is more restricted with MX

A LOT Less Squirrel Moments

Comentarios: MaintainX has already transformed our company. We spent a lot of time unfocused and definitely unprioritized. Shiny objects would easily distract us. Now we simply hit the list by priority and attack the problems one at a time. As a manager, I was able to take vacation and my team just followed the priority list. If you take the time to set it up correctly, the system begins to run itself.

Puntos a favor:

It is extremely easy to navigate. We uploaded Assets and were making Work Orders all in the first day.

Contras:

It would be great if all new work orders showed up separate from existing ones. I have my list sorted by priority, so low priority WOs show up pages away. If there was an upper header where all new WOs showed up to read/acknowledge, and then go to their 'spot'.

MaintainX Satisfaction

Comentarios: Overall experience with MaintainX has been very pleasant.

Puntos a favor:

The platform is very easy to use and has great support.

Contras:

To date I have not found there to be any major cons.

MaintainX is the best CMMS platform on the market

Comentarios: MaintainX is the best CMMS platform that I have used in my long tenure as a Facility Manager! It's easy to convert to from another platform, the customer support is exceptional, and new users that may not have great computer skills can easily adapt.

Puntos a favor:

MaintainX is mobile based first! Meaning all the basic user functions of the platform are geared toward mobile use. Users that aren't admins, really have no need to be tied to a desktop and anyone can use their smartphone or tablet. Also, my customers love being able to submit a ticket without needing pesky logins or passwords to keep up with! Scan the QR Code, tell us your problem, and the ticket is created. It's that easy!

Contras:

The only con I've found is not being able to filter certain assets out of an asset report before it goes to CSV, but that data is easy to filter out in Excel.

Maintain X

Comentarios: It has been great moving to Maintain X. They always work with us for our success!

Puntos a favor:

Maintain X has such great features and after doing A LOT of research and testing of other platforms, out performs all that I have found. It is very user friendly (which is helpful for folks who are used to working on the tools and not as much with technology). The support we get is great - from chat to our account manager. They have always tried to work with us to find ways we can utilize the system in a way that works for us. We use it everyday all day for work orders (Reactive), and preventative (PM) and it has been a dream since we implemented it over a year ago now. We also use another app that has integrated well with helping us automate other jobs that we used to manually put into Maintain X.

Contras:

Pricing is per seat - it would be great if there was a package price for unlimited users or even "up to 30 or 50" users. It would be nice to be able to access reporting on mobile. Would like more than just 1 level of hierarchy (parent/child) in assets and locations.

MaintainX - A superb CMMS solution for businesses big and small

Comentarios: I would highly recommend this solution to any company big and small. I think the more users out the more the product will improve for everyone. The team is great and the product is streamlined and very customizable and I am able to achieve everything I needed when I was initially looking for a solution.

Puntos a favor:

I love the continued development of the product. I work very close with the MaintainX team, and they have developed functionality that we felt was required for our business needs. The customer service is top notch, and I don't worry about issues I run into because they come up with a solution quickly.

Contras:

I would like to have the ability to customize fonts and highlight important text. Also, integrating with Excel would be a huge improvement.

Great system geared towards technicians for ease of use

Comentarios: Overall experience has been great so far. I have no regrets in switching to MaintainX.

Puntos a favor:

MaintainX is a great system for technicians as it's very easy to grasp and train anyone one. Implementation was quick and near seamless for us. Support has been phenomenal. Overall it's a great system to scale with.

Contras:

I have no real bad things to say about it. Just like any system you use there will be some road blocks on certain features based off how the program is written but it is not anything that hasn't been able to be worked around.
