When ever i have a query the customer care team promptly gets back to me with meaningful and useful information. For a one man show is brilliant, but it is tailored to large companies and personal.
There is no email system to communicate with client and vendors, it's all done through the App.

Gestión eficiente del flujo de trabajo con KeepX: la perspectiva de un usuario
Comentarios: En general, mi experiencia con KeepX ha sido en gran medida positiva. A pesar de los inconvenientes menores, la plataforma ha facilitado mucho la gestión de los flujos de trabajo y la organización.
Puntos a favor:
He estado usando KeepX durante bastante tiempo y debo decir que ha mejorado drásticamente la gestión de mi flujo de trabajo. Me encanta lo fácil de usar e intuitiva que es la interfaz.
Contras:
Aunque en general estoy satisfecho con KeepX, me he encontrado con algunos contratiempos en el camino. A veces, la aplicación se retrasa al sincronizar datos entre dispositivos, lo que puede ser frustrante cuando se trata de tareas urgentes.
Buena plataforma, pero con algunas limitaciones

MaintainX es una plataforma simple y fácil de usar que es fácil de aprender.
Contras:
Algunas capacidades están limitadas por las restricciones del programa, como la capacidad de escalamiento entre categorías, el bloqueo de programación y el seguimiento de activos de "mal actor" de Pareto.
Mejora tu plan de Mantenimiento con MAINTAIN X
Comentarios: excelente me ha permitido crear un plan de mantenimiento para el area de produccion donde trabajo, pudiendo gestionar ordenes de trabajo, costos y tiempos de mantenimiento

en mi cuenta poder realizar una gestion de mantenimiento de forma sencilla, ordenada por medio de plantillas personalizadas, a su vez puedo ver costos, inventario, tipo de mantenimientos, la pieza o producto, realmente lo recomiendo se trabaja de forma mas ordenada sobre todo en las lineas de produccion
Contras:
es un poco costoso realmente no todos pueden tener aceso al software, ademas es ideal ver tutoriales por internet a pesar de que es algo intituivo
Buena plataforma para sistema de mantenimiento
Comentarios: Como sistema de mantenimiento fácil de usar es un 10.
Puntos a favor:
Me parece que la interfaz que utiliza es clara y sencilla de utilizar.No se necesita un proceso largo de aprendizaje para manejarte con la aplicación.
Contras:
No tengo nada en contra de este software funciona bastante bien.

En la versión móvil puede que no se encuentren con facilidad algunas funciones

Hacen falta caracteristicas pero el programa funciona muy bien

Comentarios: Me encantó la experiencia del curso y la facilidad de aprender y obtener herramientas que te ayudarán en tu ámbito profesional y personal.

La forma de enseñar en sus cursos y la facilidad que se aprende.
Contras:
Que no se pudo descargar el certificado.
Excelente software de mantenimiento
Comentarios: Una muy buena experiencia, lo recomiendo.
Puntos a favor:
Es una excelente herramienta de seguimiento, trazabilidad y gestión general de mantenimientos preventivos, predictivos y correctivos.
Contras:
Realmente es muy difícil destacar algo malo cuando en realidad es una herramienta importante en cualquier tipo de gestión de ingeniería y mantenimiento
Excelente software para monitoreo de tareas
Puntos a favor:
Fácil manejo de la plataforma, me ayuda mucho al seguimiento de procesos tanto a personal, como a tareas específicas, si necesito desglosar una tarea y personalizarla antes de pasar a la otra me lo permite.
Contras:
Podría ofrecer más soporte al aplicativo, pero de resto muy buena

Better Than Any Other Work Order Software or Mobile App
Comentarios: We are a full scale IT department and we have been able to respond more quickly to our end users needs. It has allowed us to be more focused on customer service and time management. MaintainX has also allowed us the ability to be able to enter work orders on the fly so we do not forget to take care of something. I have not worked with any other software or app that has given us this type of functionality with so much ease and value for the price.
Puntos a favor:
The ease of functionality in creating work orders for myself, staff and end users. The ability to easily create repeating work orders for backup and preventative maintenance items. The reporting dashboard is really nice and allows me to see a well rounded view of where we stand. I think I most enjoy how fast the app notifies me of a new request and status updates.
Contras:
I would like to see the ability to have work orders created based on known email addresses as well.
Easy to Use
Comentarios: - Love MaintainX. It's been a great tool for our business and has helped us grow our asset management abilities.

- The convenience and ease use but also the ability to rely on support and service from MaintainX
Contras:
Copying and pasting assets takes too much time.
decent for an entry level program
Comentarios: Decent program to track work orders and manage assets. Very easy to use. Mobile app is helpful. not impressed with overall features and functionality. Data input way too time consuming.

inability to mass edit in spreadsheet format, worksheets are time consuming and basic. Lack space to input details such as component info for equipment, specs, etc. Lack of many desired features and functionality. mobile app doesnt show all info or allow editing of info when it comes to inventory control etc.

Use of MaintainX for instrument PM and RM tracking
Comentarios: It has been great to work with MaintainX and the functionality keeps improving with more options being developed all the time
Puntos a favor:
Ease of use. Its very user friendly and has a fantastic user interface.
Contras:
We use the time feature of the work orders and while the web app will start a timer it does not actually log that time, it has to be done manually. Same for moving a WO from open to in progress, time is not tracked

Comentarios: It has been great. Managing spare parts and locations has been very simple. Tying workorders to assets and showing how often work is done to that asset has been very helpful.
Puntos a favor:
User Friendly . Very robust system. Makes spare parts management easy.
Contras:
The Apple barcode scanning when using bulk printed QR codes. The ability to distinguish the units after the URL code is not working with apple. It does work with Android though.

Comentarios: Positive, a useful tool that helps me achieve my goals

MaintainX is inexpensive for our operation. It is also very intuitive and easy to use for beginners

KPI data reporting, mobile application cannot see reporting
Best CMM program I have used.
Comentarios: I have work with Emaintenance, Dynway and MP2. MaintainX is the easiest I have used.

Great Work Order and Maintenance Management Program
Comentarios: It has been one of the most helpful additions to our maintenance team in the past few years.
Puntos a favor:
The price is great for the product you get. It is a really easy program to use with a great mobile app for my team to track and complete work orders. It keeps everything really organized and is easy to track with projects.
Contras:
There are a couple of updates that I would like to see like tool check out programs and some more location options but it is a great program.
Maintain X
Comentarios: It has been great moving to Maintain X. They always work with us for our success!
Puntos a favor:
Maintain X has such great features and after doing A LOT of research and testing of other platforms, out performs all that I have found. It is very user friendly (which is helpful for folks who are used to working on the tools and not as much with technology). The support we get is great - from chat to our account manager. They have always tried to work with us to find ways we can utilize the system in a way that works for us. We use it everyday all day for work orders (Reactive), and preventative (PM) and it has been a dream since we implemented it over a year ago now. We also use another app that has integrated well with helping us automate other jobs that we used to manually put into Maintain X.
Contras:
Pricing is per seat - it would be great if there was a package price for unlimited users or even "up to 30 or 50" users. It would be nice to be able to access reporting on mobile. Would like more than just 1 level of hierarchy (parent/child) in assets and locations.
Alternativas consideradas:
A CMMS that fits in you pocket.
Comentarios: Working with the rep and the guys at MaintainX had been great! They have designed a system that does not need a 500 page manual and are readily available if you have a question or an suggestion. I've seen main of my suggestions implemented in the matter of a few days. They are doing a fantastic job developing this application.
Puntos a favor:
MaintainX is very easy to set up and use. Other systems are impossible to setup without outside help but not MaintainX. It is scalable and they are adding new features on a weekly basis. Everyone has real-time updates on work orders so you al ways know the status.
Contras:
Lack of inventory capability but I'm assured it is coming.
Alternativas consideradas:
A Great Option for Engaging Operations
Comentarios: excellent, great support from implementation and ongoing support.

- User friendly, easy to train new staff - Work order detail including photo's - Built in communication tools - Great filtering options when drilling down on specific data
Contras:
- Asset hierarchy is not robust, however 'location' hierarchy is.

Very Helpful Product.
Comentarios: Until MaintainX was introduced to our company, maintenance was carried out by talking to the maintenance engineers about what had to be done each day. This was time consuming and little to no records were kept about each asset and its maintenance schedule. MaintainX has enabled us to keep a work order history for each asset/location and provides use with time and cost tracking which we would not have had before.

Contras:
Not many cons with the system. Sometimes it can be frustrating to not be able to search under a specific category, but once you get used to using the filters it becomes easier to find everything you need.

Very Satisfied
Comentarios: I've now had several meetings with our maintenance team. We have completed our first weekly's and will we are in progress with our first departments monthly PM's. The software is everything that I was lead to expect and more. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been incredibly resourceful, responsive and helpful. It's always nice to make a decision after testing 15 solutions (felt like 1000) and feel confident that you've made the correct decision. I feel that way right now and wanted to share. We still have some setup to go - I'm taking the walk before run approach with the guys but this is slick. I'm looking forward to the partnership.
Puntos a favor:
The seamless transition between the desktop and the mobile app make this a really nice solution. The reporting, filtering and scheduling abilities of the work orders is really nice and easy to use.
Contras:
So far the only cons were identified at selection and were so minor they didn't prohibit me from selecting the solution. Little things like work orders have a really slick ability to save filters but reporting and the mobile app do not have it. It's not a huge deal since mobile users can filter to themselves and see only what they need to but it would be helpful if they could save encompassing filters such as specific departments and weekly vs monthly vs annually.
