> **Puntos a favor**: It is easy to chat with others as well as hop on a quick video call without there being too much human error (or for people without much computer experience). It's easy to copy and paste photos from snips to share quick info. I would say I like the video feature the best - you just send a video link by pressing a button and then you can video talk immedately on Google Meet.

> **Puntos en contra**: The notifications of chat are not enough - most time I do not even know if I received a Google chat notification. I do get emails from it, but with chat, you typically want to know immediately. I prefer Microsoft Teams Chat. I would recommend that Google make the message pop up in a better location or maybe a different noise so I know I received a chat.

> It works as quick communication, but I find that it doesn't do its intended job because sometimes I do not even know if I have received a message, unless I get an email notification telling me that there is a message I need to respond to.

I also like that I can customize my out-of-office emoji and statement for when I am away. It's very easy to learn how to use the chat system. Google support has been easy to work with when issues have arised.

> **Puntos en contra**: The only con that I can come up with, is that you can only upload one document to a chat. So if I'm trying to trouble shoot an issue by sending multiple screenshots via chat, I have to do it one by one instead of attaching all documents.

> I enjoy using google chat. It integrates well with our work email and allows us to communicate quicker versus sending emails or phone calls all the time. It also allows people to throw their personality out there more with the gif/emoji features.

> **Puntos a favor**: It is a challenge for me to identify some great qualities, while I used the Google chat platform.  I can say that it is easily accessible linked with my 2 Gmail accounts, but it is not a popular communication platform among most employers in my opinion.

I receive messages or have received unwanted messages in the past from fraudulent users.  In my opinion it is a waste of space, and I need to delete it from my linked email accounts.
