Sherpany allows me to implement faster

Comentarios: It has been a good experience. The implementation and onboarding were easy and everyone adapted quickly. The tool is intuitive and helps to reinforce good meeting behaviours. Customer service is really excellent on the few occasions I needed it.

Puntos a favor:

The platform provides us with structure and meeting discipline. As a result decisions are made faster, discussions are more focused and we implement better. The tasks and decisions feature is amazing. It allows me to see all the decisions that came out of a meeting, what are the next tasks and who is responsible. This way we keep our focus and execute our projects much faster.

Contras:

So far there is nothing to report. The app has great performance.

Boardroom for governance

Comentarios: We use Sherpany to share documents with the administrators of the company and to inform them about the agenda of the next meeting and the attached documents related to it. It reduces the number of emails and centralize all relevant documents in a place.

Puntos a favor:

The functionnalities that are available for organizing meetings. It is very easy to create a new agenda or to copy an old one. The documents can be attached to selected points of a meeting or saved in the common library as wanted. The new functionnality allowing to indicate if the agenda is not yet confirmed or approuved is really useful. The fact that we can access to the plateform from a cumputer or a tablet is convenient.

Contras:

The field to notify the attendees is not really useful as the text is written in a line. The fact that there is no field to attach the meeting minutes to the meeting (or only by adding a point to the agenda). The notes added to a specific point of the agenda aren't displayed in the generated PDF. The notification from Sherpany of maintenance of the products.

Easy to use

Comentarios: the board members like the sistem because it's easy to use and they're free to consult the agenda everywhere at any time.

it's very easy to use, it permits to create and manage board meeting also for people who are not so able to use internet and technologic devices.

Contras:

It has to improve the quality and type of document you can use and upload.

It is a SAAS tool, with all its advantages. User support is very reactive, application maintenance are communicated and well done. The product innovation/evolution's pages are well done.

Contras:

We don't have a real efficient admin console with several reports and KPIs on the use of the different functions of the tool (the current admin console with Members, reports and invoices is existing but is very poor).

Sherpany - optimale Unterstützung für VR und GL (und Asstistenz)

Comentarios: Wir nutzen Sherpany seit 4 Jahren für sämtliche Sitzungsaufbereitung für Verwaltungsrat und Geschäftsleitung. Der Boardroom erleichtert uns die Arbeit und den Anwendern die Vorbereitung von Sitzungen beträchtlich. Das System ist sehr benutzerfreundlich, einfach anwendbar und kann auch für kurzfristige adhoc-Beschlüsse (auf dem Zirkularweg) sehr gut genutzt werden. Sherpany bleibt nicht stehen, sondern entwickelt sich laufend weiter, auch aufgrund von Rückmeldungen von Nutzern.

Puntos a favor:

- Papierflut kann eliminiert werden, überall verfügbar (nicht ortsgebunden) - sehr gute Übersicht bei Sitzungen, alles wieder abrufbar im Archiv - in Bibliothek relevante stetige Unterlagen immer verfügbar - auch kurzfristig können Unterlagen zur Verfügung gestellt werden (z.B. Zirkularbeschluss) - hohe Sicherheit da kein Postversand, gut strukturierbar nach Personen-Gruppen, Dokumente können auch nur gewissen Personen sichtbar gemacht werden - freundliche und schnelle Hilfe bei Problemen (Telefon/Mail) - ideal für Homeoffice

- Bibliothek könnte besser strukturierbar /unterteilbar sein - System könnte manchmal schneller sein

Comentarios: Ein sehr gutes Programm, auf das wir nicht mehr verzichten möchten.

Puntos a favor:

Die Organisation und Durchführung von Sitzungen auf Stufe Verwaltungsrat via Online-Toll Sherpany ist sehr effizient, sehr benutzerfreundlich und auch für die Administratorin ein grosser Mehrwert. Die User schätzen die übersichtliche Gestaltung des Programmes, die einfache Bedienung und die Möglichkeit, jederzeit auf alle Unterlagen zugreifen zu können. Und nicht zuletzt das papierlose Arbeiten.

Contras:

Wir nutzen die Software schon einige Jahre. Die stetigen Anpassungen/Optimierungen haben am Ende jeweils zu Verbesserungen geführt, waren aber auch zeitweise recht mühsam für den Benutzer resp. Administrator.

Excellente solution pour un conseil d'administration

Comentarios: Sherpany permet de résoudre l'accès aux documents et aux réunions pour un conseil d'administration.
L'ancienne approche qui voulait que les administrateurs disposent des documents sur leurs propres systèmes faisait courir de grands risques en matière de confidentialité.
La gestion par le secrétariat du conseil d'administration est également simplifiée par Sherpany.

In einer sehr einfachen Art findet man an einem Ort alle Informationen, Dokumente und Entscheidung, die relevant für meine Sitzungen sind. Dadurch verliere ich keine Zeit mehr für administrative Arbeiten und komme im Arbeitsalltag schneller voran

Ich habe derzeit keine Verbesserungsvorschläge.

Einladung, Protokoll, Ablage/Archivierung, Entscheiden, Durchführung von Meetings etc. - alles unter einer Lösung.

Contras:

Es gibt aus meiner Sicht keine Nachteile. Die Software wird bedürfnisgerecht ständig weiterentwickelt. Allenfalls eLearning-Tool einbauen für Hilfestellungen in der Bedienung.

Puntos a favor:

Das Aufsetzen eines Meetings geht schnell und unkompliziert. Inklusive der setzen der Agenda und die jeweiligen Zeitbudgets pro Agendapunkt, sowie die passende Kurzbeschreibung und das passende Dokument hochladen. Dies alles kann im Entwurfmodus getan werden, bis alles finalisiert und durch eine Email die Meeting-Teilnehmer informiert werden. Auch die Meeting-Einladung kann aus Sherpany direkt generiert und verschickt werden.

Contras:

Die Einwahl-Details (MS Teams) können nicht direkt im Sherpany generiert werden. Es braucht also eine separate Outlook/MS Teams Einladung an die Teilnehmer.

Puntos a favor:

Aktueller Überblick über alle Sitzungen. Einfache Interaktion mit VR Kollegen. Alle Annotationen aktuell und auch in Vergangenheit nachvollziehbar. Nützliche Bibliothek und einfaches Finden von älteren Unterlagen. Sherpany entwickelt sich weiter.

Contras:

Aktuell ist alles gut. Viele nützliche Verbesserungen sind in letzter Zeit hinzugekommen.

Alle Dokumente sind digital vorhanden und abgelegt = Sitzungsordner sind nicht mehr nötig. Hohes Mass an Sicherheit, da der Output gesteuert werden kann. Zugriff ist unabhängig von Ort und Gerät. Pushmöglichkeit bei Kommentaren

Contras:

Wünschenswert: Formatzulassung als Word für Privatbibliothek. Synchronisationsmöglichkeit von Dokumenten in der Privatbibliothek mit eigenem Rechner. Chatmöglichkeit mit nur einem ausgewählten Teil der Sitzungsmitglieder.
