Sobre Officient
Software de recursos humanos basado en la nube que emplea las últimas tecnologías para centralizar los datos de RR. HH., acelerar las nóminas y mejorar la experiencia de los empleados.
It's good because I can see who works in the company and under who's management. I can do most admin things that I am required to do, including things like holidays management.
I miss a link with our track and trace program.

HR administration to the next level
Puntos a favor:
The integrated approach, all employee information in one place, even the document signing is included. The onboarding of new employees goes smooth and faster. Also the evolution of the solution is great, new features are becoming available, sometimes at the request of customers.
Contras:
The integration with our social wage calculation office can still improve, creation of new employees must be done manualy and car assignments must be kept on two places. But these or less important compared with the other benefits we get.

Very easy to use, complete overview of employee information, contract templates, HR process flows that are customisable, integration with payroll partner (sickness, holiday,...), asset management,...
Contras:
It is a relatively new tool and a general tool which as such does not fit all aspects of every individual company but they are very open to feedback and new features are still being developed based on that feedback!
As an employee I don't really see it's value
Comentarios: Maybe more for HR and managers but not not sure what's the value proposition for employees.
Puntos a favor:
You get an organigram of who's who and who's who's manager. You can tell when you days off are and see others.
Contras:
Maybe super useful for HR but employee wise, not sure what's the benefit. I opened my account once a month in the last 6 months.
A solution we didn't even know how it would improve our office and hr management
Puntos a favor:
This was a missing piece in our company and immediately showed its value after implementing it. It has an intuitive user experience, it takes care of a professional relationship between our company and its employees, it allows us to get management overviews on certain high-level information and we can zoom in to details.
Contras:
Not much, we were early adopters, so it wasn't as feature rich as it is now back then. Nevertheless the core elements were there and we were able to have our input on the roadmap of the product.
From not-so-efficient to Officient
Comentarios: Thanks to Officient we don't need to use different folders for every employee anymore or countless spreadsheets that held HR-information. We now have one very user-friendly and clear overview of all our HR-data and a usefull way of getting insights in our HR data as well as making up contracts or documents that our employees need to sign. Whenever you have questions you receive an answer within 5 tot 10 minutes from the always-present support team. I love working with them and I love using their tool! It makes my job a lot nicer.

Contras:
Even though they try, it's not always possible to have a custom-made platform which suits your company perfectly, but they try to service every client as best as they can!
Officient makes HR administration a breeze
Comentarios: Officient is a tool made by HR for HR and it shows. I'm saving tons of time on paperwork thanks to the automation that Officient provides.Their support team regularly follows up to see if you have any issues. They implement your recommendations into their software if needed.
Puntos a favor:
-Employees can onboard through self-service and have a self-service portal-Officient automates requesting vacation-Asset and fleet management is an option-Their support is really fast and helpful
Contras:
We haven't had any big issues so far, so I really can't say.
Greater empowerment of the employees
Puntos a favor:
With Officient we do not hire an extra HR officer to do the administration. Our colleagues can find all contracts and monthly paycheck in their personal page. They are responsible for address changes, or other personal changes. I do not get questions about their leave balance, they have a overview of the holidays of team members and they have easily access of the professional mobile numbers of their colleagues. I get as HR director more time to focus on other important issues and we also save at HR costs.

Officient is integrated to our current HR system The team is super responsive and implement quickly feature request needed to fasten our internal process.
Contras:
Officient could always integrate more feature to fasten our growth, but the team is so responsive and the development so efficient, than for now, I don't have anything to say for the moment.

I love how Officient offers a complete overview and working process of your HR-related matters
Contras:
That the process is dependent on the social bureau when setting up. After set-up though, this is not an issue and everything is fully connected. So the dependency can be merely a hurdle in the beginning, but offers great benefits as well.
Officient turned out to be a real HR collaboration toolkit for IT1!

Helpdesk has done a great job responding swiftly, even after business hours!
Centralized management & log adds overview & security as needed for GDPR.
Quite some development decisions were made in favour of our requests / proposals.

Custom contracttemplates are not really adaptable to fit our look & feel.

Comentarios: Heel positief, fijn voor HR en fijn voor medewerkers om zo een gecentratliseerde tool in huis te hebben.

Het is een tool die heel intuïtief werkt en is alomvattend voor HR.Je kan alle essentials hierin opnemen en het is zo modulair.Werk je aan de module opleidingen, dan kan je deze onzichtbaar zetten.Per document heb je de keuze om het zichtbaar of onzichtbaar te zetten.Heel fijn.
Contras:
Het is een app die in ontwikkeling blijft. Dat merk je ook en is positief.Soms stoot je op zaken die niet mogelijk zijn en dan is het hopen dat dit wordt gewijzigd in de toekomst.
I love OFFICIENT
Comentarios: Officient helpt HR om zaken niet te vergeten! ION heeft afgelopen jaren meer dan 30 personen per jaar aangeworven en Officient was essentieel om dit in goede banen te leiden.Officient automatiseert waar het kan en maakt de HR job des te leuker!

Contracten en policies ondertekenen, onboarding flow, link met payroll, kalender, insights, data,...
Contras:
Ik mis nog een software voor opleidingen, maar ik weet ook niet of OFFICIENT hiervoor bedoeld is.
Gebruiksvriendelijk en overzichtelijk HR tool
Comentarios: Enorme stap vooruit in de administratie van medewerkers, van contractdocumenten naar onkonsten, verlofplanning.

Eenvoudig beheer van documenten, uren, opvolging, dit zowel voor de werkgever als de medewerker
Contras:
op dit moment nog geen funcionaliteiten gevonden die tekort schieten, wij zoeken nog een tool om gegevens van bedrijfswagens vlotter in bij te houden
Officient review from an MD's perspective
Comentarios: One version of the truth for HR data. All in the cloud so eliminating Excel sheets and server directories.
Puntos a favor:
Ease of use & user interface Possibility to create custom fields to enhance master data. Connection with payrolling company Close connection with owners and developers to discuss new features.
Contras:
Pretty basic in certain modules. Needs to be enhanced and extended.
A no-brainer
Comentarios: The purchase of Officient is a no-brainer. As the owner of a small company, a lot of payroll administration was still done by myself. Through Officient, the most current processes are automated, such as the entry of employees' illness (and the accompanying documents from the doctor) - to say something. We were early users of the software, and I must say that the speed at which new features and updates are pushed is remarkable.
Puntos a favor:
The look & feel of the interface, the ease of use, the speed of adoptation.
Contras:
Exceptions in the field of payroll administration are not always 100% integrated with the software of the social secretariats.

Officient gives a us a simple and clear overview off most HR-actions, is easy to use for all employees and gathers all info (from documents, contracts, or specific assets s.a. type of car, mobile phones, licensed programs etc. ) at just one platform! A great tool to get updated insights in a minimum of time.

Comentarios: I'm very satisfied to have discovered Officient and would recommend it to anyone who works with staff!

- Very "user friendly" - You have a very clear overview of your staff; their wage , vacation, car policy, ... - Easy to manage the "leave of absence" - ...
Contras:
Once you know how it works, there are no dislikes...
Gebruiksvriendelijke tool voor HR & loon
Puntos a favor:
De software is zeer makkelijk in gebruik voor werknemers. Verlofdagen aanvragen, ziektebriefjes indienen en documenten ondertekenen gaat heel intuïtief. Alles is vlot vindbaar en duidelijk aangeduid. Handig ook dat je alle loonbrieven makkelijk terugvindt en dat je via de kalender kan kijken wanneer je collega's vakantie hebben.
Contras:
Tot op heden is het me nog niet gelukt om Officient te koppelen met andere applicaties zoals Outlook (op Mac), al bestaat de mogelijkheid wel.

Contras:
I have a team of 9 engineers wich I have to manage. So the overview calendar of all engineers together could be better. For example to approve days off for them, so I can see and plan this in an instance on the overview itself.
As an employee it's not the best I used so far

Perfect easy going software
Comentarios: No more manual paperwork needed. Less time consuming HR work. Perfect overview for every member of the team.

If I need a printout, it could go easier. Question is, did I really need the printout? :-)
