You can evaluate the whole tool and all functions without any obligations during a free trial period, which made it super easy to quickly evaluate the solution and compare to others without having to go through any pre sales discussions first. Booking demos of the tool by Accept Mission was also super fast and easy. The tool is intuitive and there are enough tool tips to guide your through the tool. You have many customiziable options in the tool to make it fit your purpose and CI best. Great overview of all ideas in a dashboard or in kanban lanes, list view. Funnels can be used to sort ideas. Drag and drop of items to different status lanes make the workflow easy. The product is optimised on a regular basis and you get new features without any additional implementation needed due to the saas technology. Support by Accept Mission is outstanding\! And feature requests from the customer are definitely considered in the back log of Accept Mission. The pricing is transparent and absolutely reasonable. Great value for the money.
