Unfortunately, as its functionality has grown, so has its learning curve. If you've been along for the entire ride, you've probably incrementally learned new features and new UX changes as they've been added. However, if you're new to using ProP, it can be very daunting to know where to start. I'd for sure recommend watching YouTube vids or other types of training before jumping straight in and hoping to figure it out along the way. > > I've seen a few competitors innovate in this space over the years, but there's a reason ProP has remained on top for most. It will go several minutes loading until you get to the home page or it says "not responding" for so many minutes. It sometimes freezes randomly here and there. > > I really do appreciate the company of ProPresenter\! Though I do have a love/hate relationship with it. Super easy to function, navigate, and have Songselect as an interface to receive music that lasts forever in library. I love how you can have videos, powerpoints, slides, countdowns, the Bible app all on one device. I just get frustrated when it does not want to work on a Sunday morning.... which happens quite a lot.
