Comentarios: Me ha gustado porque me ofrece la solución de ver quién ha leído mis emails

Lo que más me ha gusta de Mailtrack es que puedes dar seguimiento quién lee tu email y cuando lo hace. Es bueno para cuando hacer cold marketing emails

Contras:

Lo que menos me gusta es que si envias un correo a varias personas no sabes quién de todos leyó tu correo

Comentarios: Es una herramienta muy útil para el envío de correos a clientes.

Puntos a favor:

Buen nivel de detalle respeto al envío de correos. Seguimiento de correos enviados con alertas. Modo incógnito para confirmación de lectura.

Contras:

Falta compatibilidad con algunas plataformas de correo.

Uno de los mejores en su rubro

Comentarios: Con el uso continuo te das cuenta que es imprescindible tenerlo, puesto que es de mucha ayuda.

Puntos a favor:

La facilidad de instalarlo solo descargas desde la tienda de extensiones de chrome, brave, edge.En cada correo que escribas te muestra una doble tilde, que cambia de color a verde si el destino lee o abre el correo, ademas de crear listas de campañas de correos, en donde puedes crear una lista para enviar varios correos a la vez. Si activas las notificaciones del navegador puedes ver en tu escritorio cuando alguien abre o lee tu correo.

Contras:

Muy pocas, ya que es la versión paga es muy barata solo 1 dolar al mes.Si tuviera que pensionar algo malo, sería: que no lo puedo usar en Outlook, hasta ahora solo lo pude utilizar con Gmail.

Con esta herramienta puedo hacer seguimiento de mis correos enviado de mi correo Gmail, sea una propuesta enviada o una petición. Sencillo de instalar y usar.

Contras:

Nada relevante que señalar. Estoy muy satisfecho de su funcionamiento.

Lo que mas me gusta de mailtracking es que es instantaneo saber cuando han leído tu email

Lo que menos me gusta, es que no se conecta a todos los dispositivos con el mismo email

Es versatil y facil de manejar, la version gratuita tiene herramientas aceptables.

Contras:

Su precio en PRO es bastante considerable comparado con otras similares.

No cambiaría a Mailtrack

Comentarios: Me encanta saber si mis correos son recibidos y leídos.

Puntos a favor:

Me gusta saber si los clientes han leído mis correos para poder darles el seguimiento correspondiente. Me mantiene al día con ellos y esto es base para mi negocio.

Contras:

todo me ha parecido muy bien. Realiza la tarea esperada.

One limitation of MailTrack is that it doesn't provide detailed analytics beyond email opens. While it's great for basic tracking, users may find themselves wanting more comprehensive data on recipient engagement, such as link clicks or attachment downloads. Additionally, the branding in the signature of outgoing emails can be a bit intrusive, especially for professional communication.

Best for University Students!

Comentarios: It was honestly the best thing, especially during my time at the university which I know for sure will be as helpful when I am applying for a job or when I'm already on the job. I don't have to worry about emails in a way I used to worry about it before.

Puntos a favor:

As someone who can get anxious especially during those classes held online, MailTrack is so helpful in communicating with your groupmates, professors, and even the university administration. It helps me track the emails, it shows me if my email was received, if it was already opened, and more so if it was ignored. I can easily know what I will do if I should send a follow-up or try to send my email again

Contras:

I believe it would be nicer if I could install it directly on my computer it will be applied directly to my mail app on my laptop because I can only use MailTrack on my browser

Do not use

Comentarios: Mailtrack cost us thousands of dollars in lost productivity and their response was "Sorry about that". They also lied to us about how long there had been an issue (we had a problem over a week ago but had not been able to trace it to them at the time).

Puntos a favor:

It was great while it worked. It was lovely to see who had read emails.

Contras:

Mailtrack had what they called a server issue. Emails sent by my organization all came back to us as unsent, but somehow they were all deleted from our "sent" box and were not in our drafts. So Mailtrack somehow deleted these emails. All had to be done and resent.

A bullet proof mail tracker, easy to use and efficient

Comentarios: Me and my team have been using mailtrack for the last year and it has been really great. You get reports on who opens emails, links, how many times they get back to your emails etc. It's a great way to understand what's going on with customers, leads etc.

Puntos a favor:

It does exactly what you want, at the right price. Extremely easy to setup

Contras:

It doesn't work with firefox, which forces me to open chrome every time i need to track a specific email, or send a tracked email. This is really annoying, since I use Firefox as my main browser, and don't plan to switch fully to chrome. It's not free, but with the yearly payments, it's less than a coffee a week.

Simple MailTracking

Puntos a favor:

I like that it does whatit is supposed to do - track email opens even if its multiple times

Contras:

I found it to be simple and easy to use and tracks opens, but that's all it does - I slowly moved away from MailTrack and towards ActiveCampaign since it can track opens and much more.

I wish it would tell you if the receipt has opened the email or not? basically if it will show the person read your email or not

For the full read report & more, needs an operation to click to upgrade or login, which is a paid service.
