Mo is good
Puntos a favor:
As an end user I like how the employees receive rewards for their commitments
Contras:
I dont like the color scheme of Mo and wish it can be changed

Comentarios: Overall I am very satisfied with the Mo, how it works and its user friendly layout. It is easy to navigate and offers a great platform to facilitate reward and recognition in real time across the organisation.
Puntos a favor:
I love the platform, its functionality and its ability to facilitate reward and recognition to colleagues both at a local level and across the organisation. Its very user friendly and easy to navigate and is a great tool for colleague engagement and making people feel valued.
Contras:
The only downside I would say is that is can sometimes take a while for new colleagues who join the business to pull through as active on the platform. Speeding this process up would be beneficial and offer a better service.

Puntos a favor:
Ease of use. Features are very easy to navigate.
Contras:
Too many junk emails to my inbox. May not be a feature of Mo itself but that of users.
Great way to engage employees
Puntos a favor:
Mo has reimagined the employee reward system now giving managers a chance to reward employees on each month which has helped boost morale within the company,l. It has also meant that people can enjoy earned benefits without the tax implications being passed to them for long service and employee of the month rewards.
Contras:
Missing some functions that would make it easier for everyone to get involved such as department only shoutouts rather than open to all the business.
Recognize employees progress and success
Puntos a favor:
Easy to understand how to operate the platform, especially to sent out encouragement message to colleagues and gifting them with point that they can collect to redeem rewards. We are happy that our hard work is being recognize by the manager.
Contras:
Not many option for reward that can be choose for my region. I keep redeem the same type of reward and it is getting boring.
Simple, fun and effective employee motivation
Puntos a favor:
It's a great way to reinforce working relationships, show and receive appreciation from colleagues and get a little 'extra' at the end of the month or year. It's easy to use and the options to spend credit are great.
Contras:
It can be tricky to work out how to distribute your Mo pot at times.

Comentarios: I use Mo a few times a week to review all of my colleagues and peers who have been praised and to recognise the hard work that they are doing. It is really rewarding to receive feedback and to be company wide recognised as helping the business because in some companies, this often becomes overlooked.
Puntos a favor:
It gives a great platform to recognise employees when they go above and beyond as well as peers encouraging each other. It is a very positive software which, through reward, gives people a sense of purpose.
Contras:
Ideally to have a more varied option of gift cards available to choose from although the selection is already good.
Amazing system to reward and recognize employees

Feel appreciated after getting reward and recognition from my superior for my hard work and mu hustle is getting known. Able to choose my own reward that I want and it is sent instantly on my email.
Contras:
I have nothing that I dislike with Mo. Everything is still ok and work correctly.
Mo' Recognition is the Way Forward!

Great, easy to use tool which allows any managers and peers alike to provide recognition to other members of the business. Getting a Mo can be a real boost to motivation.
Contras:
I am unable to send reward and recognition to people outside of my wider business area/function.

Workplace Rewards

Our company brought Mo in around a year ago to replace our previous employee reward system. We have all been very impressed with it- the system is very user friendly, the rewards are instant & the range of rewards are great, there are so many options. Employee rewards are really useful in engaging staff & making them feel valued, & Mo has definitely helped with that.
Contras:
There isn't really anything I don't like about the reward system.

It is a good tool to use to let your team and others know when they have gone that extra mile for you or the buisness.
Contras:
Being able to carry over unspent money to the following month if you have not allocated it all out that month.

Motivating as our agents can build a pot of credit from recognition and spend on something nice for themselves or loved ones. System is easy to use and claim rewards and there is a fast payout when requested
Contras:
Could always do with more choice of vouchers. the list is comprehensive but some retailers are missing which could further boost engagement on the platform
A Great way to communicate your thanks to a fellow employee

I love the fact that we can celebrate a fellow employee's length of service at the same time we can also thank someone for helping on a project. It's a great tool that we can all use everyday to acknowledge our fellow workers

Mo - a platform that has improved engagement across the company

I like that it is quite easy to use and get to grips with, I think the reporting side works quite well and it is easy to move and see people. I like that it is personable with birthdays/ pictures/ questions and bios for each employee. I like the fact that employees can also recognise good efforts amongst each other and thank each other for a job well done. The support team are always very handy and have responded to my questions in a short time frame, they are always on hand and willing to provide information or show you how to do this.They also offer good work instructions making the system easy to use and follow.
Contras:
If the email address has been used in another organisation but suspended it makes it hard to add someone new as support are required to step in. Refunds aren't automatically added to the account when an employee leaves with money in their account. This is a manual process completed by the consumer.
Employee Engagements Made Easy
Comentarios: Overall I think Mo is a great platform and has certainly increased collaboration between departments throughout the organisation. It also encourages a sense of pride and motivation in the work we do.

Mo provides a clear and transparent platform where you can provide recognition to others for their work and contributions. It is bright and vibrant, and the use of GIF and Emojis makes it coulourful and interesting to the eye.
Contras:
Tracking who rewards have been allocated can be a challenge,
