We have had terrific customer support from the team who have been ready and able to help us whenever needed. I use this tool every day and it's been so easy from the get-go. When we implemented, I was only the data custodian, however as the team has changed I've also been looking after the techical side which has been very easy to learn and integrate with our existing systems. > > **Puntos en contra**: There are not enough checks and balances for my liking. The one area that I wish had a bit more depth was the structure - we have products that come in different sizes, materials and colours and had to choose which was the dominant field when establishing the relationships between products.
