Our Loan Officers have a full fledged marketing suite and tools that are both highly automated, customizable, and more than anything purpose-built for each individual Loan Officer and their needs. We love that if the tool isn't built into the system, there is always a strong suite of third-party partners that are highly integrated and easy to implement. What has set Total Expert apart even years later is the constant support, years into our relationship, we still have a regular meeting cadence where we go over any outstanding issues, future releases, and making sure that we are being able to use the system to accomplish our goals and initiatives. I believe strongly that if we aren't successful or miss a release that is impactful, it is not because we don't have the support and transparency from our TE Team. > > **Puntos en contra**: There are a few features that are lacking, or have not been updated in several years - examples of these would be Open House Rate flyers, and the recruiting platform. It also allows the more advanced users space to create and grow ideas they have. They are getting better at this, but sometimes i feel completely in the dark when there is a server issue or a bug they are working on. > > Total Expert is overall simple to use, especially once you get past year 1. Things start to click in the brain and scenarios start popping in your head and it's very easy to take those ideas and create them. The first year you are there and sometimes feel overwhelmed? That's ok\! Their CSM and Customer Support teams are always there to help you\! Ive built about 100 different journeys from single follow-up journeys to 40 email complicated journeys with split testing and dynamic content.
