Website unclear about timing of texting. It infers instantaneous sending (as needed in my practice). After purchase and installation, my tech discovered that the soonest send was 30 minutes after send command (although 1st Simple Texting rep insisted instantaneous was possible. 2nd one admitted it was not. 2. On their website, "FREE TRIAL" and "14 DAY REFUND" are displayed in large text. Those courtesies are denied when pre-purchasing an annual plan. That disclaimer is listed in very small print elsewhere in contract. > > Our $295 refund request (submitted12 days after purchase) was denied based upon their small print "out" clause. As a compromise, Simple Texting did offer "extra credits" beyond the 6000 useless ones we had pre-purchased. On our first project using it to engage respondents on our post-grad research project, I was a bit skeptical and recommended just one standard response to each reply we got -- thanking them for reaching out, and promising to call them back. And since our email response rates were less than 8%, we needed another alternative.
