Comentarios: A pesar de la atención al cliente lenta ocasional, estoy encantado con mi experiencia general con Housecall Pro.

La función de facturación me ha facilitado mucho la vida, ya que puedo enviar facturas de aspecto profesional directamente desde la aplicación.

Contras:

Una desventaja que encontré con Housecall Pro es que su atención al cliente puede ser un poco lenta a veces.

Housecall Pro is not for the Tech Industry

Comentarios: I was completely disappointed with them and stopped using them after they charged us for leads that where not relevant to our services and that when contacted would not pan out as leads ready to book and pay for services. TO many leads where cold or deceptive leads.

I did not find any pros with it. At least nothing that I couldn't get from some other service.

Contras:

I did not like anything about house call pro. They made it to difficult to properly present my cumpany and services to potential customers. At the time they did not have good keywords nor categories for IT Services. Their pricing and cost per lead was deceptive and many of the provided leads where junk and they still charged us hundreds of dollars for them even when they did not pan out.

It took less than thirty minutes to incorporate the software with my business. The software has many resourceful features for my business. Invoicing is a breeze and customers can pay directly from the link sent to their email.

Contras:

Integration was easy and I did not run into any problems with this software.

Comentarios: support is aweful, they dont care about customers anymore. They keep trying to add new tings and never fix the old. It become a bandaid upon bandaid

Terrible experience

Comentarios: It's my decision if I want to use your product and you haven't respected it. If you spent half the time and money chasing clients into making a better product maybe I would have stayed.

It was okay software, not great. It sort of worked but seemed expensive for What you got

Contras:

After declining to keep the free trial they took over a week to cancel so I got charged. Complained that I gave them over a week to cancel and they refunded me but because I'm not in the USA it was less $10 because exchange rate movement. Since I've canceled they have phoned me multiple times each time I ask them to stop calling me and they don't respect it and call back.

Comentarios: Horrible company They want to lock you in on monthly contract and not give you a way out . These guys robbed me for 1600$ before I caught on. Keep an eye on your credit statement after talking with these guys .

Bad services

Comentarios: The worst company that does not value its clients. When you hire this company to make a website, they never do it the way they want it. After 2 months, the website was never made. They were always staggering with the managers. It is never true. They are never there on the appointments they schedule. They leave you waiting and they don't even have the kindness to call. Oh, excuse me. You have to beg them to help you. It is the worst and most terrible company there

Comentarios: Houscall Pro is one of the top scheduling software options out there!

Housecall Pro is great for being able to see the whole schedule and be able to dispatch jobs with no issues. I also enjoy the invoice feature that allows you to be able to take payment via the software.

Contras:

When you are booking a job on Housecall Pro it does take a bit longer with multiple pages.

Comentarios: It was critical in the insulation estimation / worker dispatch aspect of the business. We use it constantly from the initial customer contact all the way to a google rating request after payment has been collected.

Housecall Pro is very easy to use and set up. Most of the functionality can be done with a mobile phone. Very customizable and well designed.

Contras:

Some more complicated functionality must be done on a regular computer, and the schedule can get convoluted and quite hard to read

Comentarios: Unpleasantly surprised by House Call Pro. After following their procedures and canceling my service, I was shocked to find an unexpected charge of $406 on my account two months later. It's crucial for businesses to maintain transparency and uphold their end of the bargain. Unfortunately, House Call Pro fell short in this regard. There are plenty of other companies to choose from, and I’d advise prospective customers to think twice before opting for House Call Pro. Mismanagement of financial matters is a red flag. Beware.

The expert tool for businesses when it comes to servicing and scheduling services for Properties

Comentarios: I used this in our company for our HVAC service and repair calls from customers and I liked the in-build tools and various options under one platform. Don't have to make multiple calls to receive, schedule, and dispatch for ONE service.

This is best suited to very small to medium to large companies that provide HVAC repairs/services to customers. It has all the tools you need to Schedule, assign, dispatch, and notify customers among others.

Contras:

The accounting module takes some get used to and to setup the initial data in the software can be made easier.

Customer service was about the only thing good about household pro that I could find within the time frame I used it.

Contras:

Where to start? This service was very much pushed on me by these sales rep for the company already even though I was looking at purchasing it and using it myself without it being sold to me after all of the harassing calls and emails spam calls before purchasing or trying a trial I was almost annoyed with it before even starting. My husband and I were looking to streamline his business because he has a lot of different aspects that need to be rolled into one and him and I alone we're not able to do it just ourselves especially when so many questions come in before they turn into customers and after his jobs are done the invoicing and payment issues that we had could have been easily solved with this program but it was just too complicated and pushy on the customers that we did have and even new customers we could have had even with this service we chose to go another route and do not use it anymore just too much and not very simple to somebody who is new to trying to streamline several different aspects of a construction contracting business into one smooth sailing system!:(

Comentarios: It is very good the online reservation function has been very convenient, since my clients can schedule appointments directly from my website and it is very easy to do so.
