Comentarios: Es muy bueno y es de gran ayuda para la gestión de la empresa. Lo recomiendo bastante.

Puntos a favor:

Es un software perfecto como lo diseñaron en cuanto a su uso, es extremadamente intuitivo y fácil de manejar lo que hace una opción ideal para la gestión de citas y horarios, la verdad si que lo recomiendo es muy bueno.

Contras:

A pesar de que es un excelente software creo que si se ajustara un poco mas el precio seria mejor y mas exequible para cualquier empresa.

Comentarios: Me ha gustado bastante, pienso quedarme utilizandolo.

Puntos a favor:

Me encanto la opcion para agendar sesiones grupales. Me facilita el entregar la informacion a varias personas sin necesidad de estar haciendo yo el trabajo. Me ha ahorrado bastante tiempo y me ayuda a concretar citas sin siquiera yo hacer nada.

Contras:

El precio lo considero algo alto comparado con otros software pero igual siento que no es igual a otros softwares. Ofrece mas funcionalidades.

Facil de utilizar cuando ya te asimilas

Comentarios: Ha sido buena, un poco costoso cuando estas empezando y dificil de llevar.Sin embargo cumple con todas las expectativas

Puntos a favor:

Es una propuesta excelente para coaching y servicios de asesoria ya sea medicos, psicologicos u otros, ya que da la posibilidad de ordenar y planificar muy bien.

Contras:

Falta vincular pagos con herramientas de pago en latinoamerca, como lo es transbank y mercadopago, además de presentar algun plan mas economico para partir y algo más intuitiva en su plataforma.

Comentarios: Era difícil para mi llevar una agenda, no tenia tampoco un sistema online que pudiera optimizar el poco sistema de reservacion que tenia, ahora es mas facil para mi y mis clientes

Lo que mas me gusta el la facilidad en que los usuarios puedes reservar las citas y el sistema de notificación de correos.

Contras:

el diseño para mi es un poco complicado tener la plataforma sin colores ni identificaciones en mi idioma que es el español

Comentarios: If there is something I want to create within my services or ask during my client's scheduling process, I love that I can customize that within Acuity. The service truly offers everything you can think of to customize each step of the scheduling journey.

Puntos a favor:

It's an all-in-one platform to show your calendar, allow booking, and take payments. Acuity really shines in its paid plans because then you can easily integrate features. It streamlines the booking process and saves time on your end. The Free plan can be effective if you have some alternative options for taking payments outside of the Acuity platform.

Contras:

All of the integrations such as: sending reminder emails, accepting payment methods, syncing to your personal calendar, etc are all paid only features. The Free plan is okay to start but quite limited. The lowest-priced paid plan feels like too big of a step up for business owners who are setting up their business but not yet bringing in reliable income.

Great Interface to Sell Services

Comentarios: I think Acuity is great for giving me an interface to sell my services. It is a little advanced and requires some level of skill to customize it.

Puntos a favor:

This is a great place to set up different services or classes that I offer. It gives the client an option to pay and I can set up payment plans.

Contras:

It is kind of advanced. I wish I could choose from a menu of preselected services that might be offered in a coaching business or as an instructor. I felt like I had to build those things. I also wished it could send personalized emails once someone books a certain service.

A Must for Small Businesses

Comentarios: Overall I had a great experience with Acuity. It is user-friendly on both sides and I liked the free option had enough features to be beneficial to my business.

Puntos a favor:

I like that Acuity Scheduling is user-friendly on the back and front ends. It is easy to add to my email signature for access to potential clients and easy for me to log-on and see my calendar.

Contras:

I had some frustrations when I wanted to integrate it into my website. So the go around I found was to put it on my email. It did make it a little for difficult for those that did not contact me first to get on my calendar.

Not intuitive, Techy Interface, Support Not Great

Comentarios: I use it. It functions for what I need. I'm glad for some features. I have been using it for a very long time. But, I don't like the interface. There are issues I'd like to solve and ways to use it that are not easy and intuitive to figure out. Also there are ways to use it that I don't know how to find.

Puntos a favor:

Integrates with squarespace. I don't believe anything else does and I believe squarespace bought out acuity so there you go. I know a lot of huge businesses use acuity so I'm open to learning how to use it more effectively.

Contras:

Acuity does not make using it easy to learn, navigate or figure out. Their help features really stink. They have all this writing you can put into your availability type. I thought this was emailed to the client when they received their link. So I put all this time into writing up my parameters etc. and no one was following them. Finally I figured out that it is only shown when someone is scheduling and since I schedule in my coaching clients they never even see it! I didn't figure this out for 2 years! I still don't know how to put the writing in the correct place. I see it with other's using acuity. I also hate the interface. I love Calendy's interface. Clean, simple, intuitive. Acuities is very program or techy and not intuitive. Also, when you export your client into it does not keep all their appointment info which is what I needed and so I lost all that data and there is no way to export it. And, I didn't know I would be loosing it until it was already done.

I appreciate that i can block off multiple days to avoid over scheduling

Some of the options for schedule seem to have multiple steps but this could be the 3rd party platform causing the issue.

Easy to use

Comentarios: it was great. We only used it for a couple years as we integrated with another company.

a copy and past option would be so easy with adding in the schedule

Seamless Fit for Squarespace Customers

Puntos a favor:

It was super easy to integrate with my existing squarespace website without using yet another account system.

Contras:

Similar to the Apple ecosystem, great if you're in it, not so much if you're on the outside looking in.

Outdated product, nonexistent customer service

Comentarios: Horrible I’m done they’re outdated. They will not listen to customers. They will not make improvements to their system. They will not take suggestions for improvements. It’s very difficult to get a hold of customer service. It’s just a company that is just going to slowly go out of business.

Puntos a favor:

My favorite thing about Acuity is it allows you to be able to customize exactly when an appointment can be booked down to the 30 minutes

Contras:

Customer service is nonexistent they make it very difficult to reach them they give you generic responses back. It is a very basic system and they have no interest in improving it and what additions they have added onto it have been just wildly boring and non-useful improvements.

Acuity Scheduling help ace it in creating meeting schedules.

Comentarios: Acuity Scheduling has completely transformed meeting scheduling making it very easy, quick and less attention demanding. With the automations in Acuity Scheduling, i no longer have to create schedules manually as it does all the scheduling work for me. Acuity Scheduling has made it easy for me and my clients to organize meetings and schedule for the right time to meet.

I have loved the simplicity of Acuity Scheduling and how easy it was to customize it to fit any kind of scheduling needs i have. Acuity Scheduling has very powerful security features that give me the guarantee of the safety of my personal data. It has an auto-scheduling function that help create meeting schedules automatically making it less time taking. Acuity Scheduling automated alerts and reminders assist me not to ever miss any meeting that have been scheduled.

Contras:

i have not had any difficulties using Acuity Scheduling and i have nothing bad to comment about it.

Comentarios: Acuity Scheduling makes scheduling such an simple process for me and has helped me get to schedule for lectures easily with my students. The experience has been so good and i have loved all things about it.

Acuity Scheduling automations offers an option for automated scheduling that has taken away all the burden of scheduling manually. I like how i get notifications everytime a scheduled meeting is nearing as it allows me to prepare adequately for the meeting. Acuity Scheduling data safety tools has been impressive and keeps my personal information protected.

Contras:

I had an easy time learning Acuity Scheduling and has never faced a major issue to complain about.

Puntos a favor:

I love that patients can schedule and manage their own appointments. It doesn't require an email exchange with me to do so which is nice. Another real game changer was the lack of administrative time spent on sending out reminders manually. I actually get to take the time I was spending on scheduling, rescheduling, and reminding and direct that energy to patient care.

Contras:

The only minor drawback is that some patients have reported difficulties figuring out how to cancel or see their appointments. These complaints are usually from less tech-savvy folks. I created a standard email for how to save appointments to their calendar and how to log into Acuity to see appointments if you didn't. It cuts down a lot on questions.

Makes Appointments Easy

Comentarios: Nothing but good things to say about Acuity Scheduling. Great app for planning, booking, updating, scheduling... You name it! I really like the integration with other services to promote your business though software like Instagram or Facebook and how easy it makes it for customers to work with us on them. Great success using this program!

Puntos a favor:

The communication is top tier. There is a significant decrease in scheduling conflicts. Time management is spectacular. There are real-time availability updates, which is nice. Booking appointments is made easy along with rescheduling or updating them.

Contras:

The pricing is a little off just because you have to pay more for what you need but then receive far too much more than needed. There is no middle ground. Also there are some scheduling limits. Other than that all can be overcome and/or worked through.
