Our business is very specific and I was worried that we will not be able to find a system that works, but sirvoy does the job. The calendar is a joke. Zero integration with other products. Poor customer support. No understanding of the industry they allegedly serve. They ignore requests and suggestions from customersTheir latest move is to require you to input a security code each time you access their system. This is sent by email. It can take minutes or hours to arrive. So if a potential guest calls, you cannot access the system until the code arrives, and that is always minutes and sometimes never. Any complaint about this is met with their usual couldnt care less attitude , “ it only happens one a month “ . It happens every single time you try to access the system but they take no notice of their customers and clearly dont believe them. I suspect they use IP addresses to establish whether it is a “ new device “ or not, so if you are on a dynamic IP address allocation network of any kind, it will happen every time you try to use it. > > Dreadful.
